Non ascoltava e ripeteva a pappagallo quanto previsto per la situazione. Avendo mobilità ridotta, inoltre mi sarei aspettato altro, sia per accoglienza che per accessibilità. Dovevo aspettare per la visione della polizza, ma quello prima di me era 45 minuti che aspettava. Ho allora chiesto se fosse possibile andare dai Carabinieri, con risposta affermativa e mio immenso sollievo. Ho confermato che mi sarei recato lì e l'agente, sbuffando leggermente, ha roteato gli occhi in alto, in manifesto segno di insofferenza. Dai Carabinieri ho risolto in 20 minuti. Immagino questo sia un problema che accade anche ad altri cittadini. Mi chiedo chi ci risarcisce di questo e cosa sì può fare di fronte all'indolenza di chi parcheggia incurante di recare sanno.
