A	Amine Khaddar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abitando a due passi dal commissariato di Piazza Vescovio, ci sono stato un paio di volte per chiedere informazioni e per fare una denuncia. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentilissimo e preparato. Living a stone's throw from the police station in Piazza Vescovio, I've been there a couple of times to ask for information and to make a complaint. The staff was always very kind and prepared.

Personale incompetente (mi hanno dato un modulo errato) , scortesi ma sopratutto sembrano scocciati di fare il loro lavoro. Alla fine ho preferito rivolgermi ad un altro Commissariato ;quello di Via Toscana :impagabili nella cortesia, cercano di aiutarti, educati. Gli Agenti che lavorano a Via Toscana sono delle splendide persone che mi hanno fatto ricredere sulla Polizia. unfortunately bad experience. Incompetent staff (they gave me an incorrect form), rude but above all they seem annoyed to do their job. In the end I preferred to turn to another police station; that of Via Toscana: priceless in courtesy, they try to help you, be polite. The agents who work in Via Toscana are wonderful people who have made me think again about the Police.

Sono venuto a richiedere un nullaosta per Volo da Diporto Sportivo la mattina, una persona del commissariato mi dice di tornare alle 15 che non era quello l'orario per fare quella pratica. Alle 15 torno e mi viene detto di fare la fila con quelli dei passaporti, che l'ufficio era lo stesso, si fanno le 16 nonostante fossi solo il terzo in fila e quello dei passaporti mi dice che questa pratica non è di sua competenza, chiama un collega al quale spiego tutto, il quale mi rimanda ad un secondo collega e poi ad un terzo. Il terzo, dopo avergli spiegato la mia situazione, si prende i miei fogli già compilati e sparisce per mezz'ora. Riappare con un quarto collega e mi spiega la procedura per richiedere il porto d'armi(?), provo a spiegargli nuovamente cosa dovessi fare, torna dentro il commissariato ed esce dopo un'altra ventina di minuti, dicendomi di rivolgermi al commissariato centrale che quelle pratiche non erano di loro competenza. La sera chiamo il commissariato centrale il quale mi dice che la mia pratica deve essere svolta nel commissariato di zona (questo dove sono andato). Per non gettare alle ortiche un'altra giornata mi sono rivolto al commissariato di Sant'Ippolito, che in CINQUE MINUTI è riuscito a sbrigarmi una pratica che in questo credevano impossibile. È stata dura ma ce l'abbiamo fatta Bad experience. At 15 I go back and I am told to queue with those of the passports, that the office was the same, it is 16 despite the fact that I was only the third in a row and that of the passports tells me that this practice is not his responsibility, calls a colleague to whom I explain everything, who refers me to a second colleague and then to a third. The third, after explaining my situation, takes my already filled sheets and disappears for half an hour. He reappears with a fourth colleague and explains the procedure for applying for a gun license (?), I try to explain again what I had to do, he goes back to the police station and leaves after another twenty minutes, telling me to go to the central police station that those practices were not their responsibility. In the evening I call the central police station which tells me that my practice must be carried out in the local police station (this one where I went). In order not to throw another day away, I turned to the police station of Sant'Ippolito, which in FIVE MINUTES managed to deal with a practice that they believed was impossible in this. It was tough but we did it

Ma da tanti anni sono sempre gentili specie con le persone anziane. Very fast and efficient staff. I was here 2 weeks ago and they solved a problem for me. But for many years they have always been kind, especially to the elderly.

After your online status shows ready for resident permit, you have to go there to check if your name is on the list on the notice board inside. So even if it’s there don’t be happy yet you have to now seek another appointment to collect it which is normally in 10-15 days. The only good part was it is close to my residence. I have an appointment of 09:30 and I got in at 10:15 on a Saturday morning ??‍♂️.
