L'errore umano ci sta ma dovrebbero quantomeno rispondere per chiarimenti e invece non rispondono né per telefono né via pec. Per informazione : per vedere il fotogramma dell'autovelox ed eventualmente fare ricorso potete andare dalla polizia stradale della vostra città. They sent me a fine but the last letter on the license plate was wrong. Human error is there but they should at least answer for clarification and instead they do not answer either by phone or via pec. For information: to see the frame of the speed camera and possibly make an appeal, you can go to the traffic police in your city.
