Sopralluogo fatto i primi giorni di ottobre per una sostituzione degli infissi domestici. Mi viene comunicato che avrei ricevuto il preventivo in circa 20 giorni.
Ne sono passati più di 70 e lo sto ancora aspettando, oltre a non aver ricevuto nessuna comunicazione (nonostante abbia sollecitato più volte).
Aggiornerò tale recensione quando/se riceverò finalmente il preventivo che valuterò se accettare o meno.
Per ora non posso che dare un giudizio negativo sull'esperienza ricevuta
Aggiornamento: ho ricevuto il preventivo, è stato pure sbagliato, in quanto presentava serramenti in alluminio rispetto a quelli in legno richiesti, a conferma ancora una volta della non professionalità.

Inspection carried out in the first days of October for a replacement of the domestic fixtures. I am informed that I would receive the quote in about 20 days.
More than 70 have passed and I am still waiting for it, as well as not having received any communication (despite having requested several times).
I will update this review when / if I finally receive the quote that I will evaluate whether to accept or not.
For now I can only give a negative opinion on the experience received
Update: I received the quote, it was also wrong, as it had aluminum frames compared to the wooden ones requested, once again confirming the unprofessionalism.
