★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA. Apparentemente gentile. Mi ha fatto un preventivo dicendo che chi mi aveva fatto un preventivo precedente era un ladro, ribadendo più e più volte questo concetto. A misure in mano mi ha detto che saremmo stati tra i 17 e 20€. Mi arriva il preventivo di 23500 € senza le porte interne; con le più economiche arrivavamo a 26500 (perfettamente uguale al precedente). Gli telefono dicendo che mi sentivo preso in giro (usate queste parole e non volgarità) si è messo ad urlare, mi ha dato del maleducato non mi ha fatto parlare, mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia e non mi ha più risposto al telefono. Giudico il comportamento INQUALIFICABILE come persona, non posso giudicare la ditta.
BAD. Apparently kind. He gave me an estimate saying that whoever had given me a previous quote was a thief, reiterating this concept over and over again. He told me in hand that we would be between € 17 and € 20. I get a budget of € 23500 without internal doors; with the cheapest we reached 26500 (perfectly the same as the previous one). I telephoned him saying that I felt taken for a ride (use these words and not vulgarity) he started shouting, he gave me some rude talk, he didn't talk to me, he put the phone on my face and he never answered my phone. I consider the behavior INQUALIFICABLE as a person, I cannot judge the company.
