★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto molto curato camere moderne e con tutti i confort personale gentile ed educato e sempre disponibile e la piscina con idromassaggio molto carina e rilassante senz'altro ci ritorneremo,lo consiglio vivamente.
 Great place very nice modern rooms and with all the comforts nice and polite staff and always available and the swimming pool with hydromassage very nice and relaxing will definitely be back, I highly recommend it.

Nice quiet area, spacious and clean rooms. Ideal for those who have to go to the hospital and university. Staff always smiling and a special thanks to Roberto who is always available and professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In mezzo al nulla, reception che scompare alle 23, frigo bar trovato vuoto e staccato, aspiratore del bagno che fa rumore, polvere ovunque, camere con la muffa alle pareti, intonaco staccato, piscina sovrainterrata mal tenuta con liquame verdastro, fontane riadibite a porta vasi, accoglienza nel parcheggio da dei bellissimi cani ma sempre " abbaglianti" 5 o 6. La porta sul retro sempre aperta.
In the middle of nowhere, the reception that disappears at 11 pm, a mini-bar found empty and detached, a bathroom vacuum cleaner that makes noise, dust everywhere, rooms with mold on the walls, loose plaster, a poorly maintained pool with greenish sewage, fountains set back at the door vases, welcome in the parking lot by beautiful dogs but always "dazzling" 5 or 6. The back door is always open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata al polifunzionale 6 giorni, per motivi di salute di mio marito, se potessi darei 10 stelle.Abbiamo avuto un accoglienza eccezionale dal sigrMichele il proprietario, fantastici Mary e Roberto i ragazzi della reception sempre attenti alle mie esigenze, fantastica anche la sigra Lucia e Antonio che ci accompagnati per il rientro .Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e spero di tornarci io stessa magari per vacanza...
I was at the multipurpose 6 days, for the sake of my husband's health, if I could give 10 stars. We had an exceptional welcome from sigrMichele the owner, fantastic Mary and Roberto the guys at the reception always attentive to my needs, also fantastic Mrs. Lucia and Antonio who accompanied us for the return. I highly recommend this structure and I hope to go back myself maybe for vacation ...

Nella stagione estiva ha anche la disponibilità di una piccola piscina, ma paga un po'la lontananza dalla cittadina (Catanzaro). Ha invece molto vicino la regione, l'università e il policlinico
Very modern structure, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Very varied staff, but very kind. In the summer season it also has the availability of a small swimming pool, but pays a little the distance from the town (Catanzaro). Instead it has very close the region, the university and the polyclinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 15 al 22 agosto 2020. Il personale era molto disponibile specialmente Mery e Roberto; la posizione é ideale per poter raggiungere le varie spiagge e località turistiche; inoltre la colazione era abbastanza soddisfacente.
We stayed at this property from 15 to 22 August 2020. The staff were very helpful especially Mery and Roberto; the location is ideal for reaching the various beaches and tourist resorts; plus the breakfast was quite satisfying.
