Alcuni formaggi come il frant sono eccezionali, ma disponibili solo in alcuni periodi dell'anno. Sempre disponibili yogurt, panna cotta, caciotte anche aromatizzate, mozzarelle, ricotta, primo sale..per chi volesse trova anche qualche cosmetico. La nostra famiglia mangia poca carne, ma quando capita tendenzialmente è quella di un capo della fattoria perché non crediamo negli allenamenti intensivi e la differenza di qualità si sente. La famiglia Zoff inoltre è cordiale e molto disponibile. Milk and dairy products of excellent quality derived from organic farming. Il personale è molto disponibile, le colazioni sono indimenticabili e vige una grande pace. Camere piccoline e letto non comodissimo ma è un dettaglio rispetto alla qualità del posto. Enchanting place, real farm where the owners have opened the doors of their fantastic business of breeding happy cows and producing excellent cheeses. The staff is very helpful, the breakfasts are unforgettable and there is great peace. Small rooms and not very comfortable bed but it is a detail compared to the quality of the place.
