Fatto passaporto, porto d'armi ecc, e ho avuto sempre le informazioni necessarie per ottenere il tutto senza problemi e in tempi molto veloci. All very kind and helpful, from the reception to the various counters. Without a passport, gun license, etc., and I always had the necessary information to get the whole thing smoothly and very fast times.

Più volte hanno provato a passare la chiamata ed il nulla totale. Inoltre i modi nel rispondere sono scortesi ed assurdi. Per fortuna vivo all'estero da anni. Povera Italia. I have been calling for two days to ask for information and no one from the department answers. Several times they tried to pass the call and total nothing. Furthermore, the ways in which they respond are rude and absurd. Fortunately, I have lived abroad for years. Poor Italy.
