P	Paola M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veloci, organizzati ed efficienti per passaporti se si ha prenotato e preso appuntamento con agenda elettronica. Gli appuntamenti con l'agenda elettronica sono scarsi e l'attesa è anche di un mese, ma poi una volta arrivati in ufficio non si aspetta nemmeno 5 minuti. La pratica per il rinnovo o per la richiesta del passaporto si fa in dieci minuti se si è portato con sè tutto quanto richiesto. Munirsi di fotocopia carta di identità, cosa non specificata nel format per la richiesta del lassaporto, altrimenti bisogna uscire dall'ufficio e andarla a fare. The procedure for renewing or requesting a passport is done in ten minutes if you have brought everything requested. m	molestep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un annetto fa, verso le 5:00 del mattino, mentre portavo fuori il cane, ho visto per strada una persona in bicicletta intenta a cercare di aprire una macchina. Dato che il commissariato dista 700m da dove stava accadendo il fatto, la prima cosa a cui ho pensato è stata aprire Google Maps e cercare il numero di telefono diretto di questo commissariato per velocizzare l’intervento. Al telefono, l’uomo che mi ha risposto, mi ha detto di chiamare il 113 e così ho fatto, senza fare domande. Ho chiuso la chiamata, ho digitato il 113 e dopo svariati minuti mi hanno messo in collegamento con lo stesso uomo che mi ha risposto in prima battuta. Io adesso, posso capire le procedure ma 5 minuti a volte possono fare la differenza tra la vita e la morte. Non era questo il caso ovviamente, ma mi sembra assurdo che debba chiudere una chiamata e farne un’altra, per parlare con la stessa persona! E mi sembra ancora più assurdo che ci sia questo numero su Google Maps, come a dire: “hey, se volete potete contattarci direttamente qui”. Non va bene. Se il numero qui presente non è abilitato per gli interventi, dovreste scriverlo chiaro e tondo. A year ago, around 5:00 in the morning, while taking the dog out, I saw a person on a bicycle trying to open a car on the street. Since the police station is 700m from where the incident was happening, the first thing I thought about was opening Google Maps and looking for the direct telephone number of this police station to speed up the intervention. On the phone, the man who answered me told me to call 113 and so I did, without asking any questions. I ended the call, dialed 113 and after several minutes they put me in connection with the same man who answered me in the first place. Now, I can understand the procedures but 5 minutes can sometimes mean the difference between life and death. This was obviously not the case, but it seems absurd to me that I have to end a call and make another one, to talk to the same person! And it seems even more absurd that there is this number on Google Maps, as if to say: "hey, if you want you can contact us directly here". That's no good. If the number here is not enabled for interventions, you should write it plainly.
