It's good place and employee work hard ...but the man on the door misplaced my number he collected my passport and he let me wait my turn and put other people after me on the row to enter before me ...he does not have a name tag this is why he is free to do what he want .... am really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience to be there because there are lot of refugees all the time and system is very slow. You have to go early in the morning like 6 O'Clock at the gate to make que and get number otherwise you have to spend whole day at Questura waiting and standing all the time. Also they cannot speak English so try to find any local friend to make is easier for you. Normally it takes 6 hours waiting and then you are served. There is also a day care centre for mothers to keep their kids while waiting that is very good and washroom for mothers is very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very slow. Sloths are faster than this. When I see the employees working, I feel stuffy and choke. Is this me? It is a pain every year. This is why Italy has no development. It's about meeting your ancestors and holding them up until now. Do not neglect foreigners. You are living this much thanks to foreigners.

Because it doesn’t matter if someone comes early or late but if they have children or if they’re seeking political asylum - they will be given initial number tokens. Rest if you’re normal, legal person or student or a peaceful living great citizen you’ll not be prioritise and you’ll be given the last token numbers! extremely bad!! and you will leave the office in the end. Oh wait!plz don’t go to the toilet.
