★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno atteso gli ultimissimi giorni utili per notificarmi una multa risalente a quasi 5 anni addietro ed erroneamente non pagata, affinché l'importo venisse maggiorato nella massima misura (importo finale a 3 zeri). Fate molta attenzione.
They waited for the very last few days to notify me of a fine dating back to almost 5 years ago and erroneously not paid, so that the amount was increased to the maximum extent (final amount to 3 zeros). Be very careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si sono degnati neanche di aprire il portone..si sono limitati a dirmi dal citofono "Leggi il cartello fuori al portone" .. rimango allibito...non per il disservizio che ormai è cosa risaputa nella pubblica amministrazione.. E' il tono la cosa più gradita!
They did not even deign to open the door .. they just told me from the intercom "Read the sign outside the door" .. I am appalled ... not for the disservice that is now well known in the public administration .. It is the tone the most welcome thing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati alle 15 del pomeriggio per musica ad alto volume proveniente da una villetta vicino alla mia... mi han detto che la loro prima pattuglia sarebbe stata disponibile alle ore16!!! Contattati alle ore 16...mi hanno risposto che la pattuglia sarebbe stata disponibile alle ore 18.
Ma possibile che non vi siano pattuglie disponibili in tutta Bisceglie tra le 15e le 18???
Contacted at 3 pm for loud music coming from a house near mine ... they told me that their first patrol would be available at 4 pm !!! Contacted at 4 pm ... they replied that the patrol would be available at 6 pm.
But it is possible that there are no patrols available throughout Bisceglie between 3pm and 6pm ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per segnalare l'impossibilità di scendere al Lido Nicotel causa parcheggio selvaggio di motorette che impedivano l'accesso alla discesa.
Siamo passati il giorno dopo e la situazione era uguale con le motorette ad ostruire il passaggio.
Questo sembra voler dire che la loro presenza è inconsistente.
Non ho visto una pattuglia in due giorni che siamo stati in giro per il paese.
Vien da pensare che con 37 gradi stiano meglio in ufficio con l'aria condizionata.
E il Comandante?
E il Signor Sindaco?
Non è così che un turista riesce ad apprezzare una cittadina.
Viene da pensare ancora che agli abitanti questo vada bene.

This seems to mean that their presence is inconsistent.
