L unica pecca è che, pur indicando il livello di cottura desiderato, a volte non viene minimamente rispettato ed è un problema per chi, magari, non gradisce proprio la cottura sbagliata. Per il resto ottima qualità e ottimo servizio. Porzioni medie e sapore ottimo.
The meat is really good.
The only flaw is that, while indicating the desired cooking level, sometimes it is not respected at all and it is a problem for those who, perhaps, do not really like the wrong cooking. For the rest, excellent quality and excellent service. Medium portions and great flavor.

Serata alternativa, con la scelta all’ultimo di questa località nel centro di Bisceglie consigliata da un caro amico, veterano del posto.
Parcheggio facile e con ingresso sorprendente, uno strategico bancone con i vari prodotti posto dinnanzi ad una esposizione di carni frollate.
Design strutturato e ben amalgamato tra legno e fredda pietra, disposizione tavoli adeguata ed una timida ma educata Serveuse che adopera tra i tavoli.
Come da titolo, menù non necessario alla consultazione, ci si affida allo chef… non si rimane assolutamente delusi da un antipasto non banale e un ottimo prodotto carneo su pietra lavica.
Meritevole una panna cotta artigianale e piacevole al palato, scelta dessert non ampia da menù. Prezzi nella norma e una soddisfacente delizia per il palato.

Easy parking with a surprising entrance, a strategic counter with various products placed in front of an exhibition of matured meats.
Structured design and well blended between wood and cold stone, adequate table arrangement and a shy but polite Serveuse who uses between the tables.
As the title suggests, menu not necessary for consultation, you rely on the chef ... you are absolutely not disappointed by a non-trivial appetizer and an excellent meat product on lava stone.
An artisanal panna cotta is deserving and pleasant on the palate, dessert choice not extensive from the menu. Prices in the norm and a satisfying delight for the palate.
