Order made online. The 2 plates that broke during transport were promptly sent back together with a third plate. Friendly and professional. Also highly recommended for its good value for money. Compliments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo negozio stamattina, incuriosita dalla bellezza dei prodotti. Sono andata via dopo due secondi. La professionalità non è da tutti. Non dico sorridere, ma quanto meno se sono lì e ti faccio delle domande prenditi la briga di guardarmi in faccia quando mi rispondi. Le risposte erano si e no. Stop. O almeno se sei impegnata (ma non lo era) mi dici “signora mi scusi solo un attimo, termino questa situazione e la seguo”. Si chiama Educazione.
Peccato perché mi interessavano parecchie cose.
I was in this shop this morning, intrigued by the beauty of the products. I left after two seconds. Professionalism is not for everyone. I don't mean smile, but at least if I'm there and ask you questions, take the time to look me in the face when you answer me. The answers were yes and no. Stop. Or at least if you are busy (but it wasn't) you tell me "lady excuse me just a moment, I'll finish this situation and follow you". It is called Education.
Too bad because I was interested in many things.
