Oltre alla disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto il personale, è la dimensione umana (sottratta alla logica dei poliambulatori privati presenti in zona che evocano, quanto ad organizzazione e modalità operative, quelle dell'impresa commerciale,sic!) che apprezzo moltissimo: una vera rarità.
Il medico di riferimento è per me la dott. Federica Corrà, Fisiatra attenta, capace e disponibile all'ascolto.
La sua tenacia
(una dote che non tutti i medici vantano e certamente fondamentale per questo specifico settore della medicina)
e la sua sensibilità fanno la differenza.
Ecco, con la mia testimonianza, credo di aver evidenziato alcuni elementi
-ve ne sono altri- chiari e ben ponderati che danno conto del motivo per cui consiglio la dott. Federica Corrà, ed il Poliambulatorio San Fermo di Este.
 - I have been attending the San Fermo outpatient clinic for over a year. In addition to the availability and kindness of all the staff, it is the human dimension (subtracted from the logic of the private polyclinics present in the area that evoke, as regards organization and operating methods, those of the commercial company, sic!) That I appreciate very much: a real rarity .
The doctor of reference for me is dr. Federica Corrà, attentive physician, capable and willing to listen.
His tenacity
(a gift that not all doctors boast is certainly fundamental for this specific sector of medicine)
and his sensitivity make the difference.
Here, with my testimony, I think I have highlighted some elements
- if there are others - clear and well thought out that give an account of why I recommend dr. Federica Corrà, and the San Fermo Polyclinic of Este.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto un'infiltrazione alla spalla, concordata telefonicamente; appuntamento fissato alle ore 12.40. A parte il ritardo nell'orario (mezz'ora), al momento del pagamento chiedono di versare la tariffa per la visita dell'importo di 112 euro. Avendo già tre referti in mano, e avendo prenotato la 'sola' infiltrazione, alla cassa mi viene comunque richiesto il pagamento della visita. Nonostante la contestazione, ho dovuto pagare l'importo richiesto. Sconsiglio fortemente questo poliambulatorio.
I book an infiltration in the shoulder, agreed by telephone; appointment set at 12.40. Apart from the delay in the time (half an hour), at the time of payment they ask to pay the fee for the visit of the amount of 112 euros. Having already three reports in hand, and having booked the 'only' infiltration, I am still required to pay the visit at the checkout. Despite the dispute, I had to pay the requested amount. I strongly advise against this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poliambulatorii con vari medici professionisti specializzati (dentisti, dermatologi, fisiatri, psicologi...). Facile da raggiungere e presenza di parcheggi a disco orario all'esterno.
Outpatient clinics with various specialized medical professionals (dentists, dermatologists, physiatrists, psychologists ...). Easy to reach and the presence of parking disc parking outside.

Il personale alla reception è molto disponibile, i tempi d'attesa non sono lunghi e i medici hanno sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo alle mie necessità di orari e date. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, ma in particolar modo alla dott.ssa Federica Corra' non solo per la sua professionalità e competenza ma anche per la sua empatia e quel calore umano che è sempre gradito in un rapporto medico paziente.
I have been attending the clinic for more than a year and have dealt with several medical specialists. The staff at the reception is very helpful, waiting times are not long and the doctors have always had an eye on my needs for times and dates. Congratulations to all the staff, but especially to Dr. Federica Corra 'not only for her professionalism and competence but also for her empathy and that human warmth that is always appreciated in a patient doctor relationship.

The new dental area is wonderful. A comfortable environment has been created and studied in detail for any patient need. Dr Giovanna Corra 'and her assistant, Mrs Vanna are delightful people, very competent and always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzato bene, offre dei buoni servizi per diverse categorie di cure, specialmente odontoiatriche. Il posto e curatissimo e il servizio ottimo. Non è molto economico ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto. C'è parcheggio sufficiente, bei bagni, cortesia e attenzione per tutti. E anche rilassante stare all'interno. A volte può capitare che si aspetti di più dall'orario fissato nell'appuntamento, in quanto spesso insorgono dei contrattempi di vario genere che non dipende dagli operatori.
Well organized, it offers good services for different categories of care, especially dental. The place is well-kept and the service excellent. It is not very cheap but the value for money is fair. There is sufficient parking, nice bathrooms, courtesy and attention for everyone. It is also relaxing to be inside. Sometimes it can happen that you expect more from the time set in the appointment, as often mishaps of various kinds arise that do not depend on the operators.
