β β β β β Se potessi mettere zero lo metterei. Dovevo fare la DID e, dopo aver passato 3 giorni consecutivi a telefonare senza ricevere risposta, ho deciso di presentarmi di persona al CPI. Dopo 4 ore di attesa, mi Γ¨ stato detto che avrei potuto farlo solo online sul portale anpal (contrariamenteΒ quanto detto da CPI di Monselice). Provo dai computer del CPI ma niente, in autonomia non riesco. Chiedo ad una delle dipendenti e mi risponde che "il portale non va", allora le chiedo di spiegarmi come fare nel caso in cui il portale andasse, e mi ha risposto un vago "guardi nel portale anpal", disperata chiamo un'altra ma niente, tutto vago, nel frattempo un ragazzo che doveva fare la DID Γ¨ stato mandato a casa perchΓ© "il portale non va". Una volta a casa ho provato per conto mio, e sono riuscita finalmente a fare il DID, andando sul sito myanpal (NO ANPAL) , e cliccando un'icona in alto a cui non avevo fatto caso in precedenza.
Morale della favola: il portale andava, erano le dipendenti che non sapevamo fare il proporioΒ lavoro.
If I could put zero I would put it. I had to do the DID and, after spending 3 consecutive days phoning without receiving an answer, I decided to introduce myself in person to the ICC. After 4 hours of waiting, I was told that I could only do it online on the anpal portal (contrary to what CPI of Monselice said). I try from the CPI computers but nothing, independently I can't. I ask one of the employees and she replies that "the portal does not go", then I ask her to explain me how to do it in case the portal goes, and a vague answer "look in the anpal portal" answered me, desperate I call another but nothing, all vague, in the meantime a boy who had to do DID was sent home because "the portal is not working". Once at home I tried on my own, and I finally managed to do the DID, going to the myanpal site (NO ANPAL), and clicking on an icon at the top that I hadn't noticed before.
Moral of the story: the portal went, it was the employees who did not know how to do their job.
