★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poliambulatorio in cui io e mio marito veniamo sempre per i prelievi sangue. Puntuali con gli appuntamenti. Infermieri gentili e professionali, con pazienza (io ho paura aghi ?). Parcheggio antistante comodo, potrebbero aumentare stalli per disabili che trovo insufficienti.
Polyclinic in which my husband and I always come for blood samples. Punctual with appointments. Kind and professional nurses, with patience (I am afraid of needles). Convenient parking in front, may increase stalls for disabled people that I find insufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio disponibile, gestito con ordine, guardia all'entrata che fa accedere, misura la febbre e fa disinfettare le mani, ambiente pulito, appuntamento in perfetto orario.
Parking available, managed with order, guard at the entrance who gives access, measures fever and disinfects hands, clean environment, appointment on time.

Unica pecca è che quando si è in coda fuori non ci sono indicazioni se si è in fila per l'ambulatorio o per operazioni legate al Centro Unico Prenotazioni (CUP), bisogna chiedere informazione agli operatori.
Friendly staff who explain in a simple and precise way.
The only flaw is that when you are in the queue outside there are no indications if you are in line for the clinic or for operations related to the Single Booking Center (CUP), you have to ask the operators for information.

I went this morning to the Reno outpatient clinic for an eye examination with Doctor Toscano, I found myself very well. The clerk who regulated access to the facility was also very courteous and helpful. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per sapere l'orario di una pediatra....dopo un ora in attesa al telefono... Arrivo al poliambulatorio vuoto... Chi è al centralino non ha tanta voglia di lavorare...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fa quello che può , visto che non hanno puntato su questo sito , ma su Borgo Panigale . Qui fanno solo esami del sangue (ma ho sentito diversa gente che non è stata felice di avere fatto gli esami lì) . Se c'è ancora c'era una brava cardiologa e , con poco più di un anno riuscivi anche a prenotare la visita dopo.
It does what it can, since they have not bet on this site, but on Borgo Panigale. They only do blood tests here (but I have heard several people who weren't happy to have the tests there). If there was still a good cardiologist and, with just over a year, you could also book the visit afterwards.
