Alla reception sono stata trattata in modo sgarbato per non avere detto al momento della prenotazione che avrei utilizzato il fondo est. Come metodo di pagamento. Il medico incaricato aveva molta fretta di finire e soprattutto aveva un tono quasi strafottente.
Mi spiace .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva. Alla reception buona accoglienza, gentili e disponibili. Eseguita mammografia e successiva ecografia, personale preparato mi hanno spiegato passo per passo lo svolgersi dell'esame mi sono sentita a mio agio !!
Very positive experience. At the reception good welcome, kind and helpful. Performed mammography and subsequent ultrasound, trained staff explained to me step by step the course of the exam I felt at ease !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non recensisco mai. Tuttavia ho effettuato in data 14 novembre 2020 una esofagogastroduodenoscopia. Il dott. Medici e l'infermiera Gaggiano si sono dimostrati non solo estremamente professionali ma anche disponibili e particolarmente "umani". Un'ottima esperienza.
I never review. However, on November 14, 2020, I performed an esophagogastroduodenoscopy. Dr. Doctors and the nurse Gaggiano proved not only extremely professional but also helpful and particularly "human". A great experience.

Il medico che mi ha visitata è stato molto sbrigativo, la visita è durata meno di un minuto e non è stato affatto rassicurante. Si è inoltre permesso di pormi domande in merito al mio lavoro, criticando le mie scelte e facendomi sentire stupida per le mie decisioni in merito.
Di sicuro NON tornerò.
I got along very well with the reception staff, but that was the only positive note.
The doctor who visited me was very hasty, the visit lasted less than a minute and was not at all reassuring. He also allowed himself to question me about my work, criticizing my choices and making me feel stupid about my decisions.
For sure I will NOT return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta in questo ambulatorio con visita oculistica prenotata tramite AUSL. Il dottore che mi ha visitata si è limitato a misurarmi la vista senza particolari altre misure (cosa che posso effettuare dal mio ottico gratuitamente e senza alcun tipo di prenotazione e attesa), estremamente avaro con le spiegazioni e poco rassicurante. Non è stata un'esperienza positiva.
First time in this clinic with an eye examination booked through AUSL. The doctor who visited me limited himself to measuring my eyesight without any particular other measures (which I can do from my optician for free and without any kind of reservation and waiting), extremely stingy with explanations and not very reassuring. It was not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatto la struttura per una risonanza magnetica alla caviglia dx, ovviamente con prescrizione medica dove è scritto (RM caviglia-Piede DX). Dopo aver preso appuntamento, un permesso a lavoro, ed essermi recato in ambulatorio mi viene rifiutata la prestazione perchè nella ricetta deve essere presente solo RM caviglia DX (non l'indicazione piede).
Mi viene invitato pertanto di tornare dal medico di base per correggere la prescrizione.
MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO? vivete su Marte?.. non riuscite a contattare il medico e fare il vostro lavoro (tanto la prestazione vi viene pagata lo stesso).
Inoltre chissà che errore enorme indicare caviglia-piede quando il problema riguarda solo la caviglia,... mica c'è scritto polso, ginocchio o altro.
Secondo voi la gente non lavora da avere il tempo di girare avanti e indietro per ambulatori...sapete cosa vuol dire prendere appuntamento dal medico di base e avere udienza oggi come oggi con la storia del Covid?
Assolutamente da evitare.. chi fa come loro non ha rispetto delle persone.. Avevo intenzione di affidarmi a questo ambulatorio per altre terapie ma dopo questa buffonata tanti saluti. DA EVITARE.
I contact the structure for an MRI of the right ankle, obviously with a medical prescription where it is written (RM ankle-right foot). After making an appointment, a permit to work, and having gone to the clinic, the service is refused because in the prescription there must only be MRI of the right ankle (not the foot indication).
I am therefore invited to go back to the GP to correct the prescription.
ARE WE JOKING? do you live on Mars? .. you are unable to contact the doctor and do your job (the service is paid the same anyway).
Furthermore, who knows what a huge mistake to indicate ankle-foot when the problem concerns only the ankle, ... it doesn't say wrist, knee or anything else.
In your opinion, people do not work to have the time to go back and forth to clinics ... do you know what it means to make an appointment with the general practitioner and have an audience today with the story of Covid?
Absolutely to be avoided .. those who do like them have no respect for people .. I was going to entrust myself to this clinic for other therapies but after this antics many greetings. TO AVOID.
