Con molta pazienza Stefania ha individuato il muscolo "incriminato" (di cui ignoravo l'esistenza) e ha risolto definitivamente il mio problema. Voto 5 perchè tutto lo staff è disponibile, cordiale e preparato. At the first visit, I could not describe in ordinary Italian the pain that had bothered me for months. With a lot of patience Stefania identified the "offending" muscle (which I didn't know existed) and definitively solved my problem. Rated 5 because all the staff is helpful, friendly and prepared.

Personale qualificato e grande professionalità. La specialista che mi ha seguito ha dimostrato grande cura per il paziente e disponibilità ed il personale addetto alla reception è sempre stato molto cortese. Sicuramente lo consiglio. I relied on the FKT Polyclinic to start a speech therapy course that lasted approximately two months and I was very satisfied. Qualified staff and great professionalism. The specialist who followed me showed great care for the patient and availability and the reception staff was always very courteous. Definitely recommend it.

P	Patrizio Staffelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la mia esperienza c/o FKT è più che positiva sia sotto l'aspetto professionale del personale sanitario, mi riferisco ai medici che ai fisioterapisti, sia per le attività di tutti gli operatori che lavorano all'interno della struttura con funzioni parallele, mi riferisco alle ragazze del desk. Queste ultime svolgono principalmente attività di gestione degli appuntamenti, di accoglienza del paziente, oltre ovviamente alla gestione della contabilità, in un modo che definirei impeccabile e molto professionale, contrariamente a quello che succede in alcuni poliambulatori di Carpi, che per esperienza personale, sconsiglierei vivamente! Sono sorpreso dell'esperienza di Giulia che lamenta di uno scarso flusso di comunicazione e nello specifico per le visite di "Medicina Sportiva". Per quest'ultimo il sistema di telefonia prevede anche l'invio di un promemoria via sms 24 ore prima della visita, come è avvenuto puntualmente per la mia visita e quella di mia figlia lo scorso anno. Io lavoro e Reggio Emilia ed esco a quell’ora, ma per questa volta avevo preso un permesso per potermi presentare in orario. Arrivo in ambulatorio e mi viene detto che il medico non c’è e che erano due giorni che provavano a contattarmi in ogni modo per avvisarmi, con chiamate e messaggi, ma io non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Il cellulare é sempre con me (tranne quando sono in azienda), ma se davvero avessero provato a contattarmi, lo avrei visto e avrei subito richiamato. Sorvolo, e dopo un primo momento di mio fastidio e sdegno, mi viene proposto di spostare l’appuntamento in un altro giorno infrasettimanale (quindi altro permesso di lavoro), al quale dico di no. Quando spiego la situazione ed espongo il mio punto di vista riguardo alla gestione della cosa, oltre a spiegare che non potevo accettare il secondo appuntamento perché non potevo prendere un altro permesso di lavoro, la risposta é “non so cosa dire”. Ho 23 anni, ho sempre il cellulare acceso e vicino a me, mi arrivano sempre tutte le chiamate e tutti i i tipi di messaggi a qualsiasi ora, ma guarda caso quelli di un ambulatorio medico no. Essere presa in giro anche no, io ho preso un permesso di lavoro, non ho fatto la visita di cui avevo bisogno e il fatto di essere uscita dal mio lavoro per poi non concludere niente mi crea dei grossi problemi in ambito lavorativo. Superficialità, indifferenza e menefreghismo, questo é quello che ho trovato. Non mi è stato risolto il problema, ho speso solo molti soldi senza arrivare da nessuna parte. L'impressione che mi sono fatto è che alcuni operatori facciano le cose in automatico seguendo come dei robot la diagnosi fatta dal medico, senza minimamente domandarsi (o domandarmi) se ciò che stanno facendo stia portando a un reale miglioramento. Tutto molto approssimativo. In tutto ho fatto 14 sedute durate più di un mese che non mi hanno portato da nessuna parte. Do due stelle, ma solo perché l'operatore era simpatico. Ho già provveduto ad annullare tutte le mie prenotazioni presso questa struttura perché passino pure gli errori e i vincoli procedurali, ma la maleducazione e le offese dagli addetti al front office le trovo ben oltre l'inaccettabile. Il personale alla reception accoglie i pazienti in modo professionale, Medici di medicina dello sport bravissimi. Frankly, our experience was more than positive. Post covid competitive medical examination, done to my daughter, in a reasonable time. The staff at the reception welcomes patients in a professional way, very good sports medicine doctors.
