A	Anna Arnoldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci lavorano persone che sembrano messe lì a caso, mi hanno detto che non c'era posto per una visita, 5 minuti dopo un altro poliambulatorio me l'ha prenotata in 5 minuti. Dovevo pagare una visita, mi hanno risposto che non si poteva pagare, sono andata in un altro poliambulatorio e me l'hanno fatta pagare subito. People work there who seem to be randomly placed there, they told me there was no place for a visit, 5 minutes later another clinic booked it for me in 5 minutes. I had to pay a visit, they replied that it could not be paid, I went to another clinic and they made me pay immediately.

Se devo fare gli esami del sangue e chiamo per avere maggiori informazioni e la voce registrata mi dice "i prelievi si possono effettuare dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8 alle 10", ma non mi dice che ci vuole la prenotazione e lo scopri solo quando sei sul posto e uno ti mostra un bigliettino...badate bene, siamo nel 2022 e per informare la gente si distribuiscono i bigliettini...a me sembra assurdo. Oltretutto l'infermiera mi dice che è da due anni così...ma se io, grazie sl cielo, non ho avuto bisogno negli ultimi 3 anni di fare prelievi, è colpa mia?! ALLORA È DA DUE ANNI CHE DOVETE CAMBIARE LE INFORMAZIONI CHE DATE AL TELEFONO! Bad experience, maximum disorganization. If I have to do the blood tests and I call for more information and the recorded voice tells me "samples can be taken from Monday to Friday, from 8 to 10", but it does not tell me that a reservation is needed and you only find out when you are on the spot and one shows you a note ... mind you, we are in 2022 and to inform people, cards are distributed ... it seems absurd to me. Besides, the nurse tells me that it has been like this for two years ... but if I, thank goodness, have not needed to take blood samples in the last 3 years, is it my fault ?! THEN YOU HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE TO YOUR PHONE FOR TWO YEARS!
