★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca igiene e zero privacy. Ho prenotato la visita medica per attività sportiva in palestra. In modo abbastanza sbrigativo, vengo fatta accomodare in uno spogliatoio insieme a due adolescenti, mi sono dovuta spogliare con loro per rimanere in biancheria intima, e appendere i miei vestiti in una stanza dove non ho visto (e comunque nessuno ci ha invitato a usare) alcun disinfettante per gli appendiabiti a disposizione di tutti. Poi, in mutande e canottiera, sono dovuta entrare rapidamente nell'ordine in: uno sgabuzzino dove sono stata misurata (altezza e peso), uno studio dove una ragazza saliva e scendeva i gradini per la sua visita, e dove il medico che doveva farmi l'elettrocardiogramma ha spostato il rotolo di carta del lettino solo per due terzi (dunque le mie gambe non si sarebbero neppure accomodate su un pezzo di carta intonso), invitandomi ad appoggiare la maglietta su un mobile dove c'era già anche la maglietta dell'altra ragazza (senza ombra di disinfettante), e infine in un altro studio dove in un minuto sono stata auscultata e mi è stata fatta leggere una lettera per occhio per controllarmi la vista. Il mio parrucchiere e la mia estetista sono più scrupolosi nel rispettare le norme igieniche, per non parlare della totale mancanza di privacy che ho dovuto subire. Naturalmente a pagamento. Non ci tornerò MAI PIU'
Little hygiene and zero privacy. I booked the medical examination for sports activities in the gym. Quite hastily, I am seated in a locker room with two teenagers, had to undress with them to stay in my underwear, and hang my clothes in a room I didn't see (and no one invited us to use anyway) no disinfectant for the hangers available to all. Then, in my underwear and tank top, I had to quickly enter the order in: a closet where I was measured (height and weight), a study where a girl went up and down the steps for her visit, and where the doctor who had to do me the electrocardiogram moved the roll of paper from the bed only two-thirds (so my legs wouldn't even fit on an uncut piece of paper), inviting me to put my shirt on a piece of furniture where the shirt was already there. another girl (without a shadow of disinfectant), and finally in another study where in a minute I was auscultated and made to read a letter to each eye to check my eyesight. My hairdresser and my beautician are more scrupulous in respecting the hygiene rules, not to mention the total lack of privacy that I had to suffer. Of course for a fee. I will NEVER go back

Assurdo! Ore di ferie buttate vie per nulla e altri giorni di disagio dei trasporti per colpa loro. Meno male che è una struttura privata e dovrebbe garantire un ottimo servizio. Complimenti!

Booked a private visit a month before. On the date of the appointment, 3h before, they cancel.
Absurd! Hours of vacation thrown away for nothing and other days of transport inconvenience because of them. Luckily it is a private facility and should guarantee excellent service. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impiegate alla reception scortesi . senza dire che negli spogliatoi in 5 ragazzi alla volta per cambiarsi e infila ... ma scherziamo poi non avete chiesto neanche il green pass e noi genitori non sappiamo nulla di nulla della visita sono minorenni... poi se le impiegate sono stressate noi non c'entriamo nulla anche noi lavoriamo .
rude reception clerks. without saying that in the changing rooms 5 boys at a time to change and put on ... but let's joke then you didn't even ask for the green pass and we parents know nothing about the visit they are minors ... then if the employees are stressed we do not we have nothing to do with it too we work.
