★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rialzo della casa con un nuovo piano diventato attico (10 anni fa): da subito infiltrazioni da tutte le finestre sulle terrazze perché la guaina era stata tagliata per posare l'uscio (rifatte tutte a nostre spese); doccia bagno realizzata senza guaina impermeabilizzante dietro le piastrelle (infiltrazioni in corridoio e stanza attigua, rifatta a nostre spese quest'anno) e cantina che si allaga dopo i lavori nei garage. Nulla sistemato nella garanzia dei 10 anni. Da evitare totalmente, non si prendono le loro responsabilità e sono pure scortesi.
Raising of the house with a new floor that became an attic (10 years ago): immediately infiltrations from all the windows on the terraces because the sheath had been cut to lay the door (all redone at our expense); bathroom shower made without waterproofing sheath behind the tiles (infiltration in the corridor and adjoining room, redone at our expense this year) and basement that is flooded after the works in the garages. Nothing accommodated in the 10 year warranty. To be avoided totally, they do not take their responsibilities and are also rude.
