★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Peggior esperienza da cliente di sempre. Gli porto una bici buca. Vista la stagione decido di fargli cambiare i copertoni e passare il giorno dopo. Ripasso 24 ore dopo e manca 1 copertone, mi viene detto per errore di ordine scoperto tardi. Mi viene proposto un copertone provvisorio e di ripassare il giorno dopo. Lascio la bici per farlo lavorare come si deve. Ritorno altre 24 ore dopo e scopro che il copertone davanti che mi ha montato è nuovo ma marcio e dietro stava cercando di metterne uno di misura diversa. Pretendo il rimontaggio dei miei vecchi.. ma non ha in casa camere d'aria adeguate. Mi tocca farmi montare 2 copertoni nuovi ma leggermente differenti e dubbia qualità. Alla fine ho speso poco ma ci ho messo 3 giorni per un lavoro che da solo avrei fatto meglio e più rapidamente. Gli anziani con la passione del lavoro é giusto che continuino, ma quando non ce la fanno più devono saper dire basta. DA EVITARE. Ah ovviamente niente scontrino...
Very bad. Worst customer experience ever. I bring him a pit bike. Given the season, I decide to change the tires and spend the next day.
