Tutto il personale è qualificato, l'ambiente è stupendo, sono felicissimo della mia bici, vedo la differenza di qualità tra la mia bici appena acquistata e quelle che si vendono ai supermercati. Mi affiderò sempre a loro per comprare / riparare bici. Il problema è la gestione del negozio che non ha la minima attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Probabilmente ne hanno tanti, quindi si possono permettere di maltrattarli e perderli. Cercavo una bici da bambina di 5 anni e la volevo rossa, me ne ha fatte vedere 2/3 modelli ( raro in questo periodo ) e abbiamo trovato e provato quella che voleva mia figlia e l'ho acquistata. Ho chiesto di montare il cambio e me lo monteranno entro pochi giorni. Sono rimasto soddisfatto per la gentilezza e l'attenzione alla mia richiesta da parte del ragazzo che mi ha seguito. Lo consiglio anche per il vasto assortimento raro in questo periodo. This evening I went to this bike dealer where I had gone before.
