Sarebbero tenuti a rispondere entro 3 giorni, ma da 3 settimane scappano per non dare appuntamento "ti faccio chiamare domani" e poi spengono il telefono. Vergognosi Shameful. I don't know how they got the Candy product support, but I'm absolutely unable to do the job. They would have to answer within 3 days, but for 3 weeks they have been running away for not giving an appointment "I'll call you tomorrow" and then they turn off the phone. Shameful
F	Francesca Biasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido il pessimo servizio e assistenza da parte di questa ditta di Ravenna. Sono venuti a verificare dei condizionatori. Ci sono stata dietro più di un anno. Di certo non gli interessa ne il lavoro ne risolvere i problemi e avere una clientela che li possa richiamare. Mi hanno preso in giro da luglio 2018... dicevano che le macchine andavano bene quando in casa non si sentiva nessuna differenza, era caldo come all'esterno!!! Finalmente oggi ho risolto grazie a chi mi ha montato i condizionatori che si è rifiutato di farmi un ulteriore impianto esterno xché la predisposizione era fatta bene (non era un problema dell'impianto ma dell'unità esterna), e per fortuna che dalla Sede di Bologna dell'Assistenza dei condizionatori l'hanno ascoltato, purtroppo non l'hanno ascoltato subito e mi mandarono x verifica quelli di Ravenna che non sono stati all'altezza. Tubo di mandata del gas lasciato lento con conseguente fuoriuscita del gas in casa...., l ha dovuto sistemare mio marito alla terza volta. Diagnosi delle problematiche della lavastoviglie fatta a tentativi , 100 euro buttati nel pattume , lavastoviglie non riparata. Non chiamateli perdete solo tempo e denaro. Bad service and high incompetence. Gas delivery pipe left slow with consequent gas leak in the house ...., my husband had to fix it the third time. Diagnosis of dishwasher problems by trial and error, 100 euros thrown in the garbage, dishwasher not repaired Don't call them just waste your time and money.

Rivolti a loro solo perché fanno assistenza alla marca della mia cappa, persi 200 euro e problema non risolto. Bad service, indifferent owner and not at all competent.
