M	Mario Solone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati giovedì mattina, per un problema al mio frigorifero, sapendo che venerdì sarei andato in ferie, (figuriamoci, proprio dopo ferragosto!), ma loro, prima di mezzogiorno, mi hanno mandato un tecnico che mi ha trovato una soluzione momentanea; al mio rientro a Ravenna ho richiamato e, nel pomeriggio, è ritornato il tecnico, completando l'intervento. Funziona tutto, grazie !!! .... e sono anche onesti nei prezzi. Consigliatissimo. In negozio sono forniti pure di tanti accessori per il bagno, la pulizia e la cucina, tutta merce di assoluta qualità. Rispondono tempestivamente alle mail e forniscono supporto immediato. Electrolux-Rex assistance and now also superb AEG. Very affable and courteous. Precise in repairs and not so expensive. Called for assistance on a hob at 12.30pm, at 4pm they sent me a technician who fixed it in 10 minutes. Were all the assists like that.
