Cinque stelle sono poche per valutare questo posto incantevole così come incantevoli sono la struttura e la signora Flavia la cui accoglienza è stata unica. In questo luogo regnano in armonia la serenità del luogo e l'amore che la signora Flavia mette in tutte le cose che fa. A distanza di mesi ricordiamo con felicità i giorni trascorsi a poderi Firenze sperando di tornare presto. Ritornando alla struttura la pulizia delle camere è stata perfetta lo stesso vale per la piscina . Colazione deliziosa, la signora Flavia proponeva ogni giorno qualcosa di diverso.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce - szczególnie dla par. Do tego robią wyjątkowo dobre wino a degustacja ma stosowną oprawę. Warto odwiedzić a przy okazji obowiązkowo spróbować tutejszych win. Dodatkowym atutem jest absolutnie niezwykła cisza. Najbliżsi sąsiedzi są oddaleni o ok. kilometr. W nocy po zamknięciu okiennic znajdujemy się w nieprzeniknionej ciemności i absolutnej ciszy! Niezwykłe uczucie. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce!

Positiv: Das alte Steinhaus wurde perfekt mit modernem Design ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Die Räume sind zurückhaltend möbliert und zeigen viel Liebe bis ins letzte Detail. Die Zimmer bieten einen wunderbaren Blick in die hügelige Landschaft. Diese Poderi ist der ideale Rahmen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. Negativ: Die Zufahrt ist nur über einen steinigen Weg möglich. Grundsätzlich kein Problem .... sollte man aber bei der eventuellen Auswahl eines Mietwagens berücksichtigen..

Positiv: Die Lage war hervorragend! Wir haben die Aussicht und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Valeria hat uns herzlich empfangen und immer gut beraten. Danke an dieser Stelle!. Negativ: die letzten Kilometer zum Anwesen waren sehr steinig.. .mit ein wenig Geduld ist das aber ok. Einem tiefergelegtem Fahrwerk würde ich die Strecke nicht empfehlen. ;-).

Positive: Casale in posizione isolata e silenziosa fra colline profonde e con piscina affacciata su uno scenario di totale immersione nella bellissima campagna . Arredo delle parti comuni molti ricercato e particolare. Dolci della casa a colazione.. Negazione: Strada di accesso da sistemare per facilitare anche le auto comuni mentre non ci sono problemi per un fuoristrada. Aria condizionata non troppo efficace..

Positive: La struttura è immersa tra i vigneti della Maremma, e si può trovare tranquillità e relax, potendo anche usufruire della piscina. La colazione è servita con prodotti cucinati dallo staff. Camera molto spaziosa e accogliente.. Negazione: L'accesso alla struttura avviene tramite una strada sterrata in salita non tenuta benissimo, che potrebbe creare dei problemi in presenza di automobili basse. Inoltre non è possibile effettuare cena nella struttura. Il paese più vicino è a 7 km..

Positive: We booked the apartment which overlooks the pool. It was beautifully equipped with taste and it had everything we needed. Inside the house was cool with mosquito nets but there was also Aircon if required. We had two bedrooms ( a double and two single beds), two bathrooms both with a shower and the kitchen - living area. It was really clean, practical and comfortable. Most days we had the whole pool to ourselves which was what we had hoped for! It is big and clean and has an outdoor shower. There are plenty of sun umbrellas and loungers for relaxing and the views of the Tuscan vineyards and olive trees goes on for miles around. In fact the house itself is really far away from everything, so if you are looking for peace and quiet it is perfect. The road to get there is somewhat bumpy and difficult to find, especially at night as there are no street lights. My husband is an expert driver so we had no problems. But if you have get car sick I'd avoid it. However being remote made it perfect for stargazing and we watched the falling stars from the pool. To be honest, we rarely get the chance to see so much sky without any light pollution so it was exciting to see the Milky Way so clearly or even be able to spot different stars. We also saw lots of wild animals crossing the dark road, such as fawn, hares, hedgehogs and ferrets. The only little snag was that the apartment doesn't have an outside eating area which was a bit disappointing given all the space there was, but in the end we toured a little every day so we didn't actually have many meals at home. Valeria was extremely helpful and did everything she could to make our stay happy. Highly recommended for tranquility and relaxing..
