Best Hotel in Italia

D	Domenico Perfetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has recently been renovated and the room are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is quite poor. The metro station Famagosta (Green line) is just a step away from the hotel, you need less then 5 minutes walking. There are no so much services in the neighborhood, just a supermarket and 1 restaurant (La Bussola di Colombo, quite good) and with a discount for hotel guests.
V	Vincent Dehousse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room, but no insonorisation. You sleep with people next door. Enjoying when they go to the toilet or are in Love... Would absolutely not recommend for those who like good sleep! And don't expect anything from the desk! Poor experience!

Stuff very kind, helpful and friendly!! P.S. During our stay they were changing mattresses and renovating some rooms... They didn't bother us at all with noise or something... Also, this showing us that next time we visit the hotel it will be better!!!!

Very dated bathroom with shower spitting everywhere and build up of limescale which made it feel dirty. You could hear everything your neighbour was saying and no duvet on the bed (just sheets and no option for extra cover), no tea and coffee facilities in room. The only slightly redeeming factor of this place was the staff.

I understand that the booking hasn't free cancelation, but was possible change the dates and they didn't want! Actually, they never responded! Uneducated and rude!! Fortunately, I have family in Italy and the hotel will receive a complaint.

I have to specify that it was the second time when I came to this hotel and the same guy was nervous then and now. “You are in a 3 stars hotel, sir”. Yes, we all now that, but if we want to see the room that we are paying for, it shouldn’t be such a big thing, right? Yes, as others said before, the walls are thin. I also had another issue with the breakfast. Pretty simple/cheap for my taste. There is no need to pay for the parking, there are a lot of parking slots available in the area, especially after 8PM. The good part: price/quality is correct. Not great, but correct. The rooms are clean. The balcony is big. The rest of the staff was welcoming. If it weren’t for the reception guy, they would get a 4 star review. For now, only 3.
