We stayed at an Airbnb near Capitan Cook’s and walked down to the beach for the day. We rented lounge chairs and an umbrella and had lunch at the restaurant. It was a great experience. The view was amazing and the water clear and refreshing on a hot day. We were glad we had brought inner tubes. Would recommend!

Great views, awesome beach, tasty drinks and food! Would go again. If you're walking from the main road it's quite a nice hike, but they do have a shuttle bus as well.

Loved it. Adults only beach -not suitable to bring your kids there as the access to the water is not so convenient. The cove itself is beautiful staff were nice and also the facilities. You should know that you can get to Capitan Cook only by a shuttle or a scooter. They charge the transport to the beach and back if you choose the shuttle and you park your car at the parking lot on the main road. Enjoy!

the point on google maps is not the restaurant, but the parking spot! Its a steep 1.5km down from there, and you can go by shuttlebus (a very nice and friendly Franco will await you at the parking spot; he is also the shuttlebus driver), or just walk. If you walk, you see a lot of breathtaking views down/up, and sometimes you ask yourself how in hell the shuttlebus will fit through the narrow streets, but he does! The Restaurant itself is like heaven on earth! A breathtaking view of a small lagoon, and in the back you see the island capri, and all the boats and ships going there! You can also book a deckchair there, and just lay in the sun or go for a swim (there is no real beach with sands, but you can go and swim there between the big rocks! Its beautiful!). The food in the restaurant is mainly seafood, but a few things are without fish or frutti di mare (like a baguette with bacon and cheese, or some salads). Also you can drink a very good italian coffee (espresso) there! And all the stuff is super nice! Definitely one of the highlights of the region!

Good food, friendly staff. My feel a bit expensive (Don't be surprised when they charge you for the shuttle down. Otherwise you will need to walk 20 minutes down) but the sea, the view and overall experience is worth the price. They even made Negroni for me which is not in their menu :)

Stunning view on Capri island, sunbeds distributed at different level on the rocks, windy and relaxing place. Do not arrive without reservation, you will not find sunbeds or what else. (Be aware about the phone reservation, very often personnel will not sign your surname and you will not get the reservation you required by phone). Good restaurant but very expensive. Personnel used to not release the receipt.

What a spot! 30-40 minute walk from the road, or a 5 min shuttle (advise on walking down and shuttling up!) Fresh and simple menu, lovely chilled wine, with apricots (tastes alot like Retsina). Had fresh squid, and salads. Not overly pricey but not budget. Beautiful surroundings, and laid back vibe.

We came there 1 hour before closing. They were nothing but hospitable. It turned out that 15th August was biggest holiday in Italy so everyone was over worked and everything sold. We asked for a dinner and the chef did the extra mile. He managed to compose one of the most beautiful pulpo salads I’ve had in my life. (And I love and eat octopus all the time. ) later we found out that they hind pulpos nearby. Maybe this one was from the rocks below, that’s why so good and fresh. Over all, it’s a hustle to get there. But it was worth every second we spend getting there staying there and the hike up after sunset. If you have at least little adventure in you - you must go. Cheers!
