A wonderful place, I know the coast well and I have seen many places, but here we are at the top, a breathtaking location with a view of Capri, wonderful water ... total relaxation .... an exceptional cuisine and a first service, an atmosphere unforgettable!!!

Vi spiego i fatti.Prenoto come da disposizioni vigenti il giorno 26 luglio 2020 presso la loro struttura ,quando all'improvviso mi viene richiesto se io avessi commentato in passato un loro post sulla loro pagina Instagram e successivamente a questo mi viene negata la prenotazione adducendo che di lunedì la struttura era già piena (peccato che successivamente contattato telefonicamente da un mio amico la disponibilità c'era..) La cosa più vergognosa è che il mio commento su un loro post instagram non era offensivo ma semplicemente contestavo il fatto che fanno differenziazioni tariffarie fra residenti (15 euro in settimana) e non residenti (25 euro in settimana),direi un comportamento discriminatorio. Avrebbero potuto sfruttare tranquillamente a loro vantaggio questa cosa accettando la mia prenotazione ed invece hanno preferito comportarsi in maniera che lascio a voi i commenti...naturalmente sconsiglio totalmente ed a tutti questo stabilimento balneare per la loro pessima policy AGGIORNAMENTO DOPO LA VS. RISPOSTA Non ho mai detto che l'ho visitato ma ho come gia' illustrato di aver fatto una critica costruttiva..(no a discriminazioni tariffarie!)..dalla vs risposta piena di odio e rancore comprendo totalmente il vs modo d'essere e francamente non puo' che interessarmi la vs chiusura nei miei confronti (anche perchè con tutto il rispetto non siete a Capri o a Miami!!) ma di sicuro ovunque andrò e con chiunque parlero' non potrò che farlo in maniera totalmente negativa viste le vs risposte.Ho già contattato diverse testate locali e nazionali in cui spieghero' la versione dei fatti.Io lodo le imprese che sanno operare,ma di sicuro non il Lido Beach Club!!! I book as per the provisions in force on July 26, 2020 at their facility, when suddenly I am asked if I had commented in the past on their post on their Instagram page and subsequently I am denied the reservation on the basis of that on Monday the structure was already full (pity that later contacted by phone by a friend of mine there was availability ..) The most shameful thing was that my comment on their instagram post was not offensive but I simply contested the fact that they do tariff differentiations between residents (15 euros per week) and non-residents (25 euros per week), I would say discriminatory behavior. They could have easily used this thing to their advantage by accepting my reservation and instead they preferred to behave in a way that I leave to you the comments ... of course I do not recommend totally and to everyone this bathing establishment for their bad policy UPDATE AFTER THE VS. REPLY I never said that I visited it but I have already illustrated that I made a constructive criticism .. (no to tariff discrimination!) .. from your answer full of hate and resentment I totally understand your way of being and frankly I can only be interested in your closure towards me (also because with all due respect you are not in Capri or Miami !!) but for sure wherever I go and whoever I talk to I will only be able to do it in a totally negative way given your answers. I have already contacted several local and national newspapers in which I will explain the version of the facts. I praise the companies that know how to operate, but certainly not the Lido Beach Club !!!

Una maleducazione ed una scortesia infinita, sarò ben felice di non dover mai venire. Avete un paradiso da gestire ma non siete in grado nemmeno di interagire in maniera educata e cortese con la clientela. The only attempt to request information has already allowed me to understand the typology and the decidedly questionable way of managing this place. An infinite rudeness and rudeness, I will be very happy to never have to come. You have a paradise to manage but you are not even able to interact in a polite and courteous way with customers.

Struttura pazzesca con piscina di acqua salata, idromassaggio, lettini su tutta la scogliera e un accesso al mare meraviglioso in una piccola caletta. Tutto vista Capri! Mi pare ovvio che le reviews negative che ho letto qui sono dovute ad un troll ed é per questo che voglio lasciare la mia recensione. Aggiungo un servizio ottimo e una ottima cucina. E ottima gestione delle norme Covid (obbligatoria la mascherina nelle zone più a rischio e igienizzanti ovunque). Costo: 30€ a persona tutta la giornata con lettino e un ombrellone. Li vale tutti. EN: While looking for a beach club in the 15th august week (the busiest summer week in Italy) during Covid time, we got this amazing place at the hotel delfino. Sea water swimming pool, hydromassage, sun beds on the rocks and an amazing access to the sea in a small fiord. All with view at Capri! It is evident that the negative reviews are done by a troll and that is why I want to leave my review. I want to add also a perfect service and really good Italian food. And very well done Covid rules. Cost: 30€ each person all day for sunbed and umbrella. Pictures attached. It is worth it. Arrived almost by chance looking for a beach in the middle of August (Covid period), we found a place here at the Lido Beach Club in the Hotel Delfino. Crazy structure with salt water pool, whirlpool, sun beds all over the cliff and a wonderful access to the sea in a small cove. All with a view of Capri! It seems obvious to me that the negative reviews I have read here are due to a troll and that is why I want to leave my review. I add an excellent service and excellent cuisine. And excellent management of Covid regulations (a mask is mandatory in the most at-risk and sanitizing areas everywhere). Cost: € 30 per person all day with sunbed and umbrella. It is worth them all.
