Martedì la richiesta di passaggio da vecchio operatore lentissimo (vecchia adsl con FSTWB che costava pure parecchio) 4 giorni dopo il Wi-Fi già attivato con modem installato, va che é un piacere. Mi sento di consigliare questo punto vendita per professionalità, precisione e gentilezza.
 It couldn't get any better than that, finally a Wi-Fi that travels !! Tuesday, the request to switch from an old very slow operator (old adsl with FSTWB which also cost a lot) 4 days after the Wi-Fi already activated with modem installed, it is a pleasure. I would recommend this store for its professionalism, precision and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy in the shop didn’t know his work, he isn’t helpful, I suggest to not go in that shop, maybe in other wind shop is better, i had a bad experience in this shop its not the first time,
I was actually waiting for this review. This lady has some problems with math.
For 4 times I have tried to explained her how she should pay for hers offer, and for 4 time she was keep going say "you should pay for me".
That's just ridicoulos.
I manage this and other two windtre stores in Venice from 13 years and of course now that she said that I don't know my job I finally take a decision: I quit. I will do as my new job math lessons for people with math problems.
This is his reply i see his not literate person actually from his personality, and i can teach you if you want math im economics student for your information, i have seen your other negative reply for your client and I wasn’t surprised about your reply!!! And you are the one you don’t know math and me paying already without any service 51euro already and you still want me to pay more with out getting any service smh do better!!!
