L'appartamento di Claudio Catalfo, uno dei proprietari del residence tra l'altro molto disponibile e onesto, era dotato di tutti i comfort e di una straordinaria pulizia. Consiglio vivamente questo Residence a tutti coloro che vogliono godersi una spensierata vacanza all'insegna del relax immersi in un contesto pienamente naturalistico. Prezzo onesto e contenuto Last summer we had a lovely break at the Residence Pizzo Cofano Castelluzzo near the Zingaro nature reserve in Sicily one of the most beautiful lands of our Italy. The Claudio Catalfo apartment, one of the owners of the residence by the way very helpful and honest, it was equipped with all comforts and a thorough cleaning. I highly recommend this Residence to everyone who wants to enjoy a carefree holiday of relaxation immersed in a fully natural environment. Honest price and content

Per spostarsi in genere e andare al mare, bisogna prendere la macchina e pagare parcheggio. Nn voglio aggiungere altro, l'elenco sarebbe troppo lungo.. I strongly advise against it .. dirty houses (in the face of the Covid 19 emergency), without any comfort, it lacks everything. To generally move and go to the beach, you have to take the car and pay for parking. I don't want to add anything else, the list would be too long ..

Il sito è recintato e offre la possibilità di un posto auto per abitazione. Tutte le villette offrono la possibilità di usufruire di spazi aperti anche per barbecue. La zona è tranquilla ottima per una vacanza in pieno relax. Located just outside Castelluzzo (TP), the residence is just over 1.5 km from the wonderful Calazza cove, where you can swim in beautifully clear waters. The site is fenced and offers the possibility of a parking space per home. All the villas offer the possibility of using open spaces also for barbecues. The area is quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

g	gloria grotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto avevamo qualche dubbio per le recensioni negative che leggevamo, ma ci siamo ricreduti il posto e molto pulito e confortevole appartamento attrezzato di tutto ciò che serve bellissimo terrazzo e mare fantastico ottimo il servizio del trenino che fa effettuare gli spostamenti per le varie spiagge che ci sono all'interno di questa riserva dove si trova il residence. Great place we had some doubts due to the negative reviews we read, but we changed our minds about the place and very clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need beautiful terrace and fantastic sea excellent service of the train that makes you move to the various beaches that there are within this reserve where the residence is located.
S	Samuele La Torre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto bella, luogo abbastanza tranquillo dove trascorrere bei giorni in totale relax…specialmente grazie alla confortevole area giardino. Scarsa invece la gestione dell’host. Ci era stato comunicato che il check-in sarebbe dovuto avvenire alle ore 9:30, ma non si è presentato nessuno, nonostante Booking riportasse la presenza di una reception disponibile h24, la quale si è rivelata assente. Dopo diverse telefonate durante l’arco della giornata, l’host ci ha fatto effettuare il sopracitato check-in alle ore 18:50. All’interno della struttura erano presenti diversi servizi, dei quali molti non usufruibili, tra cui: fontana esterna con tubo in gomma, barbeque, parcheggio TEORICAMENTE riservato ma praticamente alle mercè di tutti gli ospiti del residence. Riguardo i servizi interni, l’alloggio si è rivelato piuttosto confortevole, ottimo il condizionamento, tranne che per altri servizi rivelatisi anch’essi assenti solo dopo il check-in (nessuna comunicazione sull’inserzione), tra cui: teli doccia, tappetino da bagno e lenzuola; posate e stoviglie varie presenti ma in numero esiguo. Inoltre, poco confortevoli il letto a castello ed il divano-letto. Per ultimo, al momento del check-out, la consegna dell’alloggio è avvenuta per via telefonica, tramite deposito delle chiavi sul tavolo della cucina, senza alcuna richiesta di un feedback da parte dell’host. Very nice structure, quite quiet place to spend beautiful days in total relaxation ... especially thanks to the comfortable garden area. On the other hand, host management is poor. We were told that check-in should have taken place at 9:30, but no one showed up, despite Booking reported the presence of a reception available 24 hours a day, which turned out to be absent. After several phone calls throughout the day, the host made us check-in at 6:50 pm. Inside the structure there were various services, many of which could not be used, including: outdoor fountain with rubber hose, barbeque, theoretically reserved parking but practically at the mercy of all the guests of the residence. Regarding the internal services, the accommodation turned out to be quite comfortable, excellent air conditioning, except for other services which were also absent only after check-in (no communication on the listing), including: shower towels, bathroom and sheets; various cutlery and crockery present but in small numbers. In addition, the bunk bed and the sofa bed are not very comfortable. Finally, at the time of check-out, the delivery of the accommodation took place by telephone, by depositing the keys on the kitchen table, without any request for feedback from the host.
