Abbiamo trovato una casa nuova, colorata, molto pulita, ordinata e in una zona molto servita.
On May 18th we were in Castellammare del Golfo, guests of Roberto Settipani's "Casavacanza del Golfo" facility.
We found a new, colorful, very clean, tidy house in a well-served area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento moderno, pulito e confortevole nel centro storico di Castellamare a due passi da ristoranti , bar ecc. Il proprietario é una persona molto disponibile, ci ha permesso di rimanere fino al pomeriggio avendo il volo in serata.
Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in the historic center of Castellammare, a stone's throw from restaurants, bars etc. The owner is a very helpful person, he allowed us to stay until the afternoon having the flight in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione, ottima casa vacanze. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e gentilissimo con gli ospiti. Da questa posizione sono facilmente raggiungibili spiagge e altre località balneari e turistiche come la riserva naturale dello zingaro. La cittadina di castellammare del golfo è fantastica veramente,... C'è vita e tantissimo movimento a tutte le le ore ma non caotica. Il cibo è ottimo, fantastiche le persone locali,.. Prezzi non particolarmente alti. Consigliio vivamente.
Great location, great vacation rental. The owner is very helpful and very kind to guests. From this position you can easily reach beaches and other seaside and tourist resorts such as the natural reserve of the gypsy. The town of Castellammare del Golfo is truly fantastic, ... There is life and a lot of movement at all hours but not chaotic. The food is great, the local people fantastic, .. Prices not particularly high. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È situata al centro della città, proprio nel centro storico. È in una posizione strategica per raggiungere diverse spiagge tipiche del posto e visitare diverse città. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi e puliti. Inoltre dispongono anche di una terrazza comune in alto. La permanenza è stata eccezionale! A mio parere vi sono due note negative. La prima riguarda le lavatrici che sono in comune. Sono molto lente e inoltre vi sono solo 3 lavatrici per 5 appartamenti. Ci siamo trovati male perché molto spesso ci siamo ritrovati a non poter lavare gli asciugamani per il mare. L'altra nota negativa riguarda i pochi mobili presenti in casa. Non siamo riusciti a disfare tutti i bagagli perché non vi erano mobili a sufficienza. Nonostante ciò la nostra permanenza è stata piacevole. Gli appartamenti sono disposti di aria condizionata e di Wi-Fi. La consiglio vivamente!
It is located in the center of town, right in the historic center. It is in a strategic position to reach several beaches typical of the place and visiting different cities. The apartments are new and clean. In addition also they have a common terrace at the top. The stay was outstanding! In my opinion there are two negative notes. The first relates to washing machines that are in common. They are very slow and also there are only 3 washing machines for 5 apartments. We felt bad because very often we found ourselves unable to wash the towels for the sea. The other negative note concerns the few pieces of furniture in the house. We were unable to unpack all the luggage because there was not enough furniture. Despite this, our stay was pleasant. The apartments are air conditioned and Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it!

Price matters. But bunk beds, lack of wardrobes and a room with no windows is trash. Everything else - location, bathroom, kitchen - perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accommodation. This is right in the city by all the restaurants and bars. There is all the modern facilities like WiFi, washing machines and TV. The kitchen has everything you need and the standard is really good. On the roof there is a terrace. Here you can live modern in an old and genuin part of the town. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
