★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been twice in this resort in the last decade and can confirm the great quality of the food, the location and view very nice, the room clean and the staff friendly. WiFi though, could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable hotel. Definitely not the 4* they pretend to be. Examples; room wasn't cleaned, beds are uncomfortable and the pool had a problem. For the rest just ok so 3* would be a better ranking. Breakfast is good. Location a bit hard to find but spectacular views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good points - Nice pool, good views. Attractive dining room. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of steps to negotiate with heavy cases.
Lack of - No information in bedroom about facilities in hotel, no glasses for mini bar, no chairs or table for balcony!! Repetitive menu, the date changes but choices remain the same. Pillows too thick and no others available. Shower not powerful. Charging for Jacuzzi €12.00 each for an hour. Pricey.
We started at Palermo and have driven all the way round stopping off at various hotels. Not much to do in surrounding areas on this side. Drive is pretty, but thats about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures are nice, location is beautiful but service is terrible, rooms are small outdated and the bed is very uncomfortable. Our room was pretty hot when we arrived and our air-conditioning didn't work. The lady at the reception told us they would repair it the next morning (!) She didn't want to give us another room (she told us there were no other rooms available but online we could still see available rooms), she didn't want to cancel either nor give us a discount. They don't give a * about you. If you're looking for an accommodation around Trapani, please look for something else. For this price you'll definitely find something better.
