Pizza was great but staff kept trying to sell us in to extra things. No coperto/cover charge but they add 10% to the bill for 'service'

Plz!!! Do not come here!!!! when I pass by here, the waiters told me that the foods are good as other restaurant usually did. I sat outdoor table and asked them which food is good. they recommended lobster spaghettis and some sorts of sea food.. and said that this was for one person, not share. when u see the manu, there is shown 100gm, I guessed this is small portion per person. ( Yes, it was my biggg mistake that I did not make sure this food is 100gm) And Guess what?!!! they charged the seafood weight which I paid about 256euro. they Ripped off me. if this expensive foods are delicious, yeah perhaps I understand this price in somehow. BUT, the foods were awful and its smell is bad. I am sure that they use frozen seafood, not fresh at all. Please do make mistake as I had in few minutes ago. This restaurant gave me awful experience in Venice. I do not want to visit Venice again because of this restaurant!!!! They must be closed this business forever!!!! Please do not eat in here!!!

Excellent place! Just go around the corner from the main road to avoid main road prices. Their pizza is delicious. Service attentive and generous. I wish we could've gone back!

Go somewhere else...unless you are a local. Worst experience in 5 visits to Italy, second in Venice. I found them on Google and thought it would be good. From the beginning, the waiter was more interested in chatting up potential customers than completing our order. Our simple entrees took more than 1 hour - with no apologies. When i queried why tables seated 30 minutes after us already had their meals, the waiter said my wife’s entree took time to prepare (cold seafood antipasto!). I would have preferred an apology...sorry we forgot...rather than lies. Ten minutes after our salad and my wife’s antipasto turned up, i queried my spaghetti order...it still took another 15 minutes. My pizza was ordinary and my wife’s chicken pizzaiola was tough/overcooked. I would be embarrassed to serve this at home. And they had the gall to include a cover charge...which would be fair if we were offered pane when we were first seated.

This is an amazing restaurant with very talented people helping you have an amazing dining experience. We were guided to a flounder for two with seafood appetizer, paired with a delicate bottle of white wine. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience. Best pizza caprese with fresh mozzarella and arugula- yum! Great prices too. The rest of the people is our group had a lunch special for only $10 euros each and it included both a pasta and entree. They liked the bolognese and squid ink pastas and their chicken and liver entrees were good. Staff was nice and attentive.

Please DON’T eat here, just DO NOT! Save your money for a better place. Worst restaurant in the whole city. They entice you with a friendly smile outside but the waiters are rude and they slam the food on your table. Food ridiculously expensive, taste like dust and ludicrous small portions (look the pictures). Drinks are also very expensive and small ones (see pictures and tickets). They charge 12% of “service” which amounts to minimum 4.5€ extra and they don’t tell you that at the entrance. Appart from the 12% service fee, they charge you “coperto” which they explained to me as a “table fee” which is 2€ per person, and they conveniently do not tell you of this either at the entrance. They also took 30 mins to deliver my out pizza. Just go find somewhere to eat.
