Servizio a domicilio pessimo, costantemente in ritardo. I ritardi possono variare dai "semplici" venti minuti ad oltre un'ora e mezza...da rivedere,PECCATO!! Good pizzas for a take-away pizzeria, fresh ingredients and digestible dough (prices have gone up quite a bit with the change of menu) ?? Bad home service, constantly late. The delays can vary from the "simple" twenty minutes to over an hour and a half ... to be reviewed, SIN !!

Giustifazione data dal ragazzo delle consegne, che ovviamente non c'entra nulla, visto che cambiano spesso fattorini e sono sempre in ritardo, è che c'era confusione per strada. La zona rossa equivale ad un semi-lockdown, la inviterei a prendere nota, visto che è vietata la circolazione anche a piedi dentro il proprio comune di residenza salvo motivi validi. Detto questo non stiamo parlando della situazione attuale della nostra regione ma del vostro servizio. Dunque per quanto riguarda la vostra puntualità e il mio eventuale giudizio non veritiero, non si tratta del primo ordine effettuato e basta leggere le recensioni per notare che non è solo un mio parare quello sui vostri ritardi. Inoltre, visto che siamo stati sempre clienti non si tratta né del primo acquisto né del primo infinito ritardo, e per carità nessuno mette in dubbio la qualità dei vostri prodotti ma non si può parlare allo stesso modo della qualità del vostro servizio, cercate di risolvere davvero il problema per migliorarvi, piuttosto che accusare il cliente di giudizi non veritieri e di eventuali offese ricevute.
