★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza romana sottile e di buon impasto. Pomodoro molto dolce che contrastava troppo con gli altri ingredienti. Unico reale problema riscontrato (a parte la posata sporca subito sostituita) eccessivo odore presente in sala che dopo essere usciti permane sui vestiti. Consiglio un sistema di aspirazione più efficace. Prezzo un po’ troppo caro per una pizzeria di provincia.
Thin Roman pizza with good dough. Very sweet tomato which contrasted too much with the other ingredients. The only real problem encountered (apart from the dirty cutlery immediately replaced) excessive odor present in the room which after going out remains on the clothes. I recommend a more effective suction system. Price a little too expensive for a provincial pizzeria.
