★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi: materiale di scarto, sporco e pericoloso con chiodi buttati a caso, arrivato anche spaccato in molti punti e non corrispondente a quanto richiesto, hanno uno zoccolo tipo bancale mai richiesto, per non parlare l'odore del collante utilizzato... La cosa più assurda, sono le mail di risposta, per es. sui chiodi dicono che è stato il corriere a levare un asse loro non hanno colpa... ed è tutto ok se non ho firmato con riserva... (non abbiamo neanche firmato!). Vedasi foto sotto...
Terrible: waste material, dirty and dangerous with nails thrown at random, also arrived split in many places and not corresponding to what is required, they have a pallet type base never required, not to mention the smell of the glue used ... more absurd, are the reply emails, e.g. on the nails they say that it was the courier who lifted an axle they are not to blame ... and everything is ok if I have not signed with reserve ... (we have not even signed!). See photo below ...

Da privato, in prima mattinata mi sono ritrovato a fare dei lavori in taverna e giardino, avevo bisogno di grossi pannelli di OSB quindi ho contattato questa azienda;
In ufficio mi hanno risposto spiegandomi accuratamente dimensioni e prezzi dei pannelli.. io premettendo che non ho un furgone e dato che i pannelli misuravano 2 metri e mezzo si sono offerti di consegnarmeli a domicilio in mattinata!.. i ragazzi che hanno fatto la consegna hanno scaricato i pannelli direttamente dove mi servivano (non come altri corrieri e/o aziende che te la buttano davanti casa).. complimenti!

Professional and fast!
As a private individual, in the early morning I found myself doing some work in the tavern and garden, I needed large OSB panels so I contacted this company;
In the office they answered me explaining carefully the dimensions and prices of the panels .. I premised that I do not have a van and since the panels measured 2 and a half meters they offered to deliver them to my home in the morning! .. the guys who made the delivery they downloaded the panels directly where I needed them (not like other couriers and / or companies that throw it in front of the house) .. congratulations!
