Ottima cotta in forno a legna e anche per ciliaci, poi curata dal proprietario Francesco Poerio che con grande maestria e professionalità sforna ottimi prodotti di altissimo livello, da provare anche la cucina pochi piatti ma eseguiti con maestria.
