Ieri sera dopo mezz'ora di fila non sono riuscito a comprare nemmeno un pezzo di pizza... sembrava ci fossero due sole persone davanti ma non era assolutamente così! Le persone che prenotano arrivano tutte allo stesso orario e chi vorrebbe semplicemente comprare un po'di pizza viene scavalcato! Non è possibile frazionare le prenotazioni e lasciare una persona a servire la povera gente che non prenota? Grazie ?
The pizza is the best in San Severo and there is absolutely no doubt about this! Unfortunately they should improve the service! Last night after half an hour in a row I could not buy even a piece of pizza ... it seemed there were only two people in front but it was absolutely not like that! People who book all arrive at the same time and those who simply want to buy some pizza are bypassed! Isn't it possible to split bookings and leave one person to serve the poor people who don't book? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la gente stia al freddo ad aspettare servono continuamente gli ordini prenotati e si sta le ore in piedi ad aspettare che finiscano le prenotazioni. Spesso resta solo la pizza fredda perchè quelle appena sfornate vanno via con gli ordini. Se non volete l'angolo sono così scortesi da non permettervi di scegliere un pezzo centrale il tutto dopo ore di attesa e la ragazza maleducatissima.
