Nonostante il periodo post covid e il distanziamento a tavola siamo stati accolti in modo caloroso dai proprietari che ci hanno subito messo a nostro agio. Abbiamo mangiato pizza a taglio come antipasto. Pizza buonissima...impasto ottimo e condimento superlativo. Abbiamo ordinato una grigliata mista e cicoria ripassata in padella...ma quando è arrivato il piatto...splendida sorpresa abbiamo avuto oltre alla cicoria,peperoni e asparagi. Carne tenera e saporita...cicoria non della busta..ma con quell' amarognolo inconfondibile della verdura di campo...buonissima. Nella grigliata i famosi( io non li avevo mai mangiati...a Roma non esistono) torcinelli ( potrei storpiare il nome) superlativiiiiiiii...buoni...buoni.... Serata piacevole e buon cibo...e infine il conto... 60€ in 5 persone...direi più che onesto...onestissimo. Felice di aver scoperto questo bel posticino che diventerà tappa obbligata ogni qualvolta passerò per San Severo. Last night we went to eat in this nice place in the center of San Severo. Despite the post-covid period and the distancing at the table we were warmly welcomed by the owners who immediately put us at ease. We ate pizza as a starter. Delicious pizza ... excellent dough and superb dressing. We ordered a mixed grill and sautéed chicory ... but when the dish arrived ... wonderful surprise we had peppers and asparagus in addition to the chicory. Tender and tasty meat ... chicory not from the bag..but with that unmistakable bitterness of the field vegetables ... delicious. In the barbecue the famous (I had never eaten them ... in Rome they do not exist) torcinelli (I could miss the name) superlativiiiiiiii ... good ... good .... Pleasant evening and good food ... and finally the bill ... € 60 in 5 people ... I would say more than honest ... very honest. Happy to have discovered this nice little place that will become an obligatory stop every time I pass through San Severo.

Proprietario gentilissimo e cortese, cucina ottima e casereccia e porzioni perfette (tutto proprio come piace a me). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!! My family and I arrived in San Severo we had very little time available for lunch and we decided to stop in this small restaurant and we really chose well. Very kind and courteous owner, excellent and homemade cuisine and perfect portions (all just the way I like it). Excellent value for money. Highly recommended !!!

Io e la mia famiglia (5persone), abbiamo assaggiato come antipasto un tagliere di pizza mista, ben lievitata, molto condita.. squisita. Abbiamo deciso poi di gustare un piatto unico composto da un' enorme bistecca di maiale, sapientemente marinata e cotta, una salsiccia allungata, un "torciniello", involtino tipico pugliese, carne di agnello, budellino e fegato..una piacevole scioglievolezza per il palato.. Asparagi, peperoni e cicoria ripassata con aglietto, olio e peperoncino.. Purtroppo eravamo solo di passaggio e ci aspetttava un viaggio lungo altrimenti avremmo assaggiato anche il loro "Succo d'uva".. Tutto veramente superlativo, dai prodotti culinari alla location, parte dei complimenti vanno anche ai gestori, che dopo un lungo periodo di chiusura, nonostante il covid-19, nonostante abbiano dovuto ridurre i coperti per rispettare le nuove normative igenico-sanitarie hanno saputo con la loro gentilezza e capacità ripartire alla grande, vi auguriamo ogni bene, vento in poppa e avanti tutta. Alla prossima We discovered this place by accident, we were passing through, returning to Rome. Me and my family (5 people), we tasted as a starter a cutting board of mixed pizza, well leavened, very seasoned .. exquisite. We then decided to enjoy a single dish consisting of a huge pork steak, expertly marinated and cooked, an elongated sausage, a "torciniello", a typical Apulian roulade, lamb, gut and liver ... a pleasant melting for the palate .. Asparagus, peppers and chicory with garlic, oil and chilli pepper. Unfortunately we were just passing through and a long journey was waiting for us otherwise we would have also tasted their "Grape juice" .. Everything truly superlative, from the culinary products to the location, part of the compliments also go to the managers, who after a long period of closure, despite the covid-19, despite having had to reduce the covers to comply with the new hygiene-sanitary regulations they knew with the their kindness and ability to start off again, we wish you all the best, wind upwind and full speed ahead.
