Ho atteso la fine del lock down per chiedere la fattura di Ottobre 2020, ma dopo averla chiesta più volte e dopo esserci passato ben tre volte (su loro indicazione) ho dovuto anche subire l'aggressione verbale del personale addetto. Veloci nella riscossione, lentissimi nella fatturazione. Mai più.
Rude and unprofessional staff. I waited for the end of the lock down to ask for the October 2020 invoice, but after having asked for it several times and after having passed it three times (on their indication) I also had to suffer verbal aggression from the staff. Fast in collection, very slow in billing. Never again.
