Una sosta consigliata a chi ancora non la conosce, ottimi anche i panzarotti da gustare con una buona birra. Alla signora Maria Teresa si è aggiunto un giovane molto gentile e disponibile. Mi ci reco possibilmente prima della 19.00,per aggiudicarmi la pizza imbottita con le cipolle, leggermente piccante, o quella con le verdure, nonché i panzerotti e le crocchette, che vanno a ruba in men che non si dica. Attualmente nel locale opera anche il figlio della titolare, Andrea, che sforna la pizza secondo il misterioso protocollo che la rende unica. Una volta prenotata, la pizza è pronta all orario indicato, minuto più minuto meno, ma davvero non c'è attesa.Il costo è fisso per una pizza ovale al pomodoro,bella grande e ricca di condimento. Chissà se un giorno si saprà il segreto col quale il fondatore della pizzeria ha reso questo profotto particolare;io non la trovo altrove una pizza così. La pizza era talmente cruda che neanche la mozzarella si era sciolta bene Dopo ieri non so se ritornerò. A scary dinner!
