In the historic center, the family-run pizzeria and passion, has just been renovated and transformed into a trattoria of traditional Potentine cuisine.We were there today for lunch and ate really well, trying some of their dishes, all with excellent value for money !
A	Angela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di sicuro il pregio prevalente è che Largo Pignatari è una location carina e piacevole per mangiare a Potenza all'aperto, nelle serate d'estate. L'idea di avere una trattoria tipica lucana sarebbe apprezzabile, perché sono convinta che occorra puntare sui sapori locali, sempre che essi vengano valorizzati e promossi con onestà e semplicità. Penso che più di un dettaglio dovrebbe essere migliorato, per ottenere reale gradevolezza e qualità: dall'Aglianico non di frigo, al cacioricotta grattuggiato al posto di una cremina insipida che rende poco "cruschi" i peperoni, giusto per fare un esempio. Inoltre, il servizio dovrebbe essere più vigile: eravamo in 4 e hanno messo posate solo per 3; un solo menù da consultare, direi renda scomoda la scelta; le mie patatine, richieste insieme a tutto il resto, erano state dimenticate; poi avevamo chiesto una bottiglia specifica di vino, ma ce ne hanno portata un'altra, peraltro presentata già aperta, senza domandare prima se per noi andasse bene lo stesso, essendo finito quello desiderato (bottiglia fredda, ma vino meno freddo al suo interno in proporzione... Che sia stato un travaso? Chissà...) Insomma tanti dettagli che lasciano perplessi, abbassando a picco la amabilità di un posto, che con poco potrebbe guadagnarla, insieme ad una credibilità gastronomica cittadina. Certainly the prevailing value is that Largo Pignatari is a nice and pleasant location to eat outdoors in Potenza on summer evenings. The idea of having a typical Lucanian trattoria would be appreciable, because I am convinced that it is necessary to focus on local flavors, as long as they are valued and promoted with honesty and simplicity. I think that more than one detail should be improved, to obtain real pleasantness and quality: from the non-fridge Aglianico, to the grated cacioricotta instead of a bland cream that makes the peppers not very "cruschi", just to give an example. Also, the service should be more vigilant: there were 4 of us and they only put cutlery for 3; only one menu to consult, I would say it makes the choice uncomfortable; my fries, requested along with everything else, had been forgotten; then we asked for a specific bottle of wine, but they brought us another one, which was presented already open, without asking first if it was okay for us, as the desired one was finished (cold bottle, but less cold wine inside in proportion ... Was it a transfer? Who knows ...) In short, many details that leave you perplexed, lowering the amiability of a place, which could earn it with little, together with a gastronomic credibility of the city.

Really recommended. Typical dishes at very good prices (€ 20 for a first, second and two side dishes). Service not always precise but familiar and kind.

Niente da dire tranne che e una delle poche trattorie a potenza dove ho mangiato divinamente bene.. Proprietaria gentilissima e personale all' altezza nel soddisfare richieste e rispondere a domande da parte dei clienti... QUALITA PREZZO VOTO 9.5 SICURAMENTE SE SONO IN ZONA CI TORNO SICURAMENTE.. Excellent food of high quality as regards the first and second courses .. as a dessert I took the tiramisu a fable ... All correctly served and clean ... Nothing to say except that it is one of the few trattorias in Potenza where I ate divinely well .. Very kind owner and staff at the height in satisfying requests and answering questions from customers ... QUALITY PRICE VOTING 9.5 SURELY IF I AM IN THE AREA I WILL SURELY COME BACK ..

Purtroppo molti piatti erano terminati (siamo arrivati quasi vicino all’orario di chiusura), ma ci può stare. I promote it. Moderate prices, and quality food. With 20 € we ate our fill. Unfortunately, many dishes were finished (we arrived almost close to closing time), but it can be there.

Piatti abbondanti e super gustosi. Cucinati con passione e tradizione. Sorpresa finale con il conto fin troppo economico per la qualità del cibo proposto. Ottimo e super consigliato ci ritorneremo sicuramente! We used to go often before when it was a rotisserie pizzeria, now driven by curiosity my wife and I have tried to eat for lunch and we were super satisfied with the choice made. Generous and super tasty dishes. Cooked with passion and tradition. Final surprise with the excessively cheap bill for the quality of the food proposed. Excellent and super recommended we will definitely be back!
