La pasta è soffice ed ottenuta da una lentissima lievitazione con lievito madre, condimenti di qualità le danno un sapore intenso e delizioso, la chicca è ordinarla con il bordo ripieno, una vera goduria per il palato... il mio consiglio la pistacchiosa il top! Il personale è gentilissimo, qualificato e simpatico! Ottimo anche Il rapporto qualità prezzo...da provare assolutamente ... i primi ed i secondi non sono da meno! A refined, pleasant, intimate place to spend an evening with friends while enjoying a great pizza! The dough is soft and obtained from a very slow rising with sourdough, quality seasonings give it an intense and delicious flavor, the gem is to order it with a filling edge, a real pleasure for the palate ... my advice is the pistachio the top ! Cortesia di titolari e pizzaioli. Particolarmente consigliato l'impasto multicereali,gustoso e leggero. Nel fine settimana,in alcune occasioni,mi è capitato di notare piccole sbavature,tipo il fondo della pizza un po' troppo cotto. Nei momenti più concitati,soprattutto il sabato,questi sbagli possono capitare a chiunque,ma sono sicuro che prestando quel minimo di attenzione in più potrebbero rasentare la perfezione. In ogni caso,nonostante siano sommersi di lavoro,grazie all'utilizzo di due forni sono davvero una macchina da guerra,un ingranaggio perfetto. 9 volte su 10 le pizze saranno già pronte o appena infornate all'orario stabilito telefonicamente,e un servizio del genere non mi è mai capitato di trovarlo in nessuna pizzeria. They only speak Italian, which was difficult first, but with the help of Google Translate I was able to order pizza for delivery to our Bed & Breakfast... and it worked. The pizza is great, especially the self named Pizza Azalea.
