Alle 21:00 prima telefonata di esortazione, dopo altre tre telefonate alle 21:45 vengono consegnate cinque pizze anziché sei, in condizioni penose: -scatole rovinate -pizze fredde e crude o eccessivamente cotte, con condimenti errati. Sconsigliatissimo!! Reservation made at 18:30, for six pizzas with reassurance of delivery by 20:30. At 9:00 pm the first phone call of exhortation, after three more calls at 9:45 pm five pizzas are delivered instead of six, in painful conditions: - damaged boxes - cold and raw or overcooked pizzas, with wrong seasonings. Not recommended !!

A prima vista e solo leggendo gli ingredienti la pizza sembrava deliziosa. Dopo averla assaggiata ci siamo dovuti ricredere; deliziosa non basta per descrivere questa pizza. La qualità delle materie prime è eccellente ed il gusto del risultato finale è quello di una pizza morbida e saporita da gustare con gli occhi e le papille gustative. Since we have always been satisfied with the quality and price of the pizzeria and its products, we have recently decided to try the latest novelty, the "Super Pistacchiosa". At first glance and just by reading the ingredients the pizza looked delicious. After having tasted it we had to change our minds; delicious is not enough to describe this pizza. The quality of the raw materials is excellent and the taste of the final result is that of a soft and tasty pizza to be enjoyed with the eyes and taste buds.

Senza bruciature nere (che ricordiamolo, sono cancerogene), e pure onesta nel prezzo. Provare per credere Truly exceptional pizza in every respect: high quality, digestible, crunchy and light, delicious ingredients and well matched. Ogni sabato una lamentela pizze bruciate , pizze freddissime , condimenti mancanti mai in orario e ciò nonostante tutto pizze sempre fredde . Al momento della segnalazione il personale è veramente scortese e prepotente , facendo richiesta per la sostituzione della pizza rivogliono quella che loro chiamano pizza ma ha solo la forma di una pizza e ciò nonostante questo devi aspettare altre 30 minuti minimo per mangiare quindi verso le 22 ciò nonostante la prenotazione per le 20:30 massimo . Ieri è stata l’ultima goccia una focaccia distrutta e totalmente bruciata ( come già capitato con la pizza con la nutella totalmente carbone con nutella di sopra tanto nero con nero gli stupidi non se ne accorgono ) . Ho già troppe volte regatò i miei soldi a queste persone …..a mai più … The name of the business should change ... from HEART OF PIZZA to PIZZA LIKE PIZZA HAPPENS. La serietà dell'azienda pari a nulla, con una SIGNORA che, a dir poco maleducata, gestisce le ordinazioni con parecchia fantasia poiché i tempi da loro stabiliti poi risultano solo dei sogni. Detto ciò, parecchie volte, con speranza di miglioramento, abbiamo tentato di ordinare delle pizze ma non arrivando neanche dopo un'ora e mezza o due ore, abbiamo battibeccato con la SIGNORA per via telefonica poiché un'ora la pizza è sempre dentro al forno.. ma la pizza, arrivati ad una certa mi sa che non è stata neanche infornarla e, così, dopo ore si apre il frigo per cucinare qualcosa da mangiare per poter poi andare a dormire. Ringrazio dunque la direzione della pizzeria che, ripeto con maleducazione, non sanno gestire una normalissima pizzeria di un paese etneo. YOU CANNOT PUT A REVIEW FROM 0 STARS BUT IT WOULD BE DESERVED. So I thank the management of the pizzeria who, I repeat with rudeness, do not know how to manage a normal pizzeria in an Etna town.

Se doveste ordinare una pizza e dopo leggere le recensioni sappiate che queste non arriveranno mai, anzi, a mangiarle saranno proprio i pizzaioli. La ragazza che risponde per le ordinazioni non riesce a dare un orario e neanche a rispettarlo dunque, entra in scena la scusa delle fasce orarie (tra le 21 a le 22). Le pizze tornano indietro in quanto, dopo 2 ore di attesa dall'ultimo orario da loro stabilito. Ovviamente dico al ragazzo delle consegne di portarsi via quelle pseudo pizze da loro prodotte in quanto nel mentre ho uscito due cosette dal frigo e mi sono messa a cucinare. NON CONSIGLIAMO A NESSUNO LA PIZZERIA IN QUESTIONE Not even the shadow of the pizza. Detto ciò il mio giudizio sulla pizzeria è fondamentalmente positivo, anche se a volte hanno "toppato" alla grande (da cui le 3 stelle), consegnando una pizza fatta alla sbrigativa o talvolta con ingredienti non freschi. Mi sono ovviamente lamentato senza peraltro ottenere alcuna soddisfazione. Comunque le pizze sono buone, il servizio è abbastanza celere, gratuito (mance a parte), puntuale, e i prezzi sono allineati. Nota positiva: è forse l'unica pizzeria in zona che sforna le teglie di pizza oltre quelle normali, una convenienza quando si cena in famiglia. I state that my opinion concerns the quality of a takeaway pizzeria, which can never be comparable to that of a local pizzeria. Having said that, my opinion on the pizzeria is basically positive, even if at times they have "messed" great (hence the 3 stars), delivering a pizza made hastily or sometimes with not fresh ingredients. I obviously complained without getting any satisfaction. However, the pizzas are good, the service is quite fast, free (tips aside), punctual, and the prices are aligned. Positive note: it is perhaps the only pizzeria in the area that produces pizza pans beyond the normal ones, a convenience when dining with the family.
