★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabile e scorretto; dopo aver atteso, con pazienza alla cassa che finisse di parlare al telefono, prenotato nella mattinata pizze da asporto per il sabato sera; finalmente confermato l'ordinazione, con aria disturbata, la consegna per le 21,15, ha rifiutato anche il pagamento dicendo che non aveva tempo da perdere. Era troppo impegnato a sistemare i bigliettini degli ordini ricevuti telefonicame.
Comunque le pizze non sono mai state consegnate e nemmeno si sono preoccupati di avvisare, avendo lasciato anche le generalità e recapito telefonico, come d'uso.
Spero sia stato un caso isolato, tenendo presente che nel circondario ci sono artigiani ben più disponibili e qualitativamente superiori.

He was too busy arranging the order cards he had received over the phone.
However, the pizzas were never delivered and they didn't even bother to notify, having also left their personal details and telephone number, as usual.
I hope it was an isolated case, bearing in mind that in the area there are much more willing and qualitatively superior craftsmen.
