Serve infatti anche una grande mano, una notevole esperienza e maestria in tutti gli aspetti del caffè: dalla macinatura quotidiana alla manutenzione della macchina. Al Gran Caffè Passalacqua c'è tutto questo e certamente c'è un caffè sempre in stato di grazia. Lo ammetto: faccio anche qualche chilometro di deviazioni per godere di una manciata di secondi di Paradiso in una delle loro tazzine.
