G	Giuseppe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria nel cuore del vomero, facilmente raggiungibile e con parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Locale piccolo ma servizio impeccabile e soprattutto veloce. Pizze straordinarie, impasto soffice elastico e digeribile, non una pizza “gniummosa”. Capuano con le sue pizze tra un po’ supererà “i Masanielli” perché le sue pizze sono veramente buone, per me oggi il migliore in tutta Napoli. Ottimi anche i fritti ma soprattutto i pomodorini sia sulle bruschette che sulla pizza di una squisitezza unica, si nota chi sceglie la qualità alla quantità e la materia prima in questa pizzeria e di una qualità alta. Note negative: - La sala è piccola e nel caso in cui siete seduti al centro avrete i camerieri che vi sfrecciano alle spalle o vi urtano continuamente. - Le polpettine sopra la pizza erano fredde mentre la pizza era uscita appena dal forno calda, non so se sia una cosa voluta oppure un errore. In conclusione in questa pizzeria ve ne andrete pagando con il sorriso sulla bocca, complimenti a tutto lo staff continuamente così!! Extraordinary pizzas, soft, elastic and digestible dough, not a “gniummosa” pizza. Capuano with its pizzas will soon surpass "i Masanielli" because its pizzas are really good, for me today the best in all of Naples. Also excellent are the fried but above all the cherry tomatoes both on bruschetta and on pizza of a unique delicacy, you can notice those who choose quality over quantity and the raw material in this pizzeria and of a high quality. Negative notes: - The room is small and in case you are seated in the center you will have the waiters who dart behind you or bump you continuously. - The meatballs on top of the pizza were cold while the pizza had just come out of the hot oven, I don't know if it is a deliberate thing or a mistake. In conclusion in this pizzeria you will leave paying with a smile on your mouth, congratulations to all the staff all the time!

Il personale molto professionale e cordiale, la pizze sono assolutamente ottime. L'impasto sofficissimo e gli ingredienti di assoluta qualità. I tempi di attesa per sedersi sono nella norma. In the beautiful Piazza degli Artisti there is the Vincenzo Capuano pizzeria, the well-kept structure consists of 2 external rooms and an internal one. The staff very professional and friendly, the pizzas are absolutely excellent. The soft dough and the highest quality ingredients. Waiting times to sit down are normal.

Abbiamo proseguito con una pizza fritta davvero enorme e quindi abbastanza pesante se mangiata da soli, infatti l’abbiamo divisa. Una pizza con stracciatella e polpette che è stata pazzesca! Ottimi ingredienti che insieme avevamo un’ottimo gusto! Ci ritorneremo! Ma, intendiamoci, la particolarità di questa pizzeria è l'impasto! Si percepisce da subito che la lievitazione dell'impasto è lunga.... Pizze dal cornicione alto, soffice, in genere molto digeribili e "leggere".... Completano il giudizio la scelta di ingredienti di ottima qualità e la fantasia nel presentare pizze "particolari" (a prezzi un pò altini ad esser sinceri).... Ma se volete una classica Margherita o una marinara, potete farlo. Non preferisco i tavoli esterni in quanto troppo "per strada", meglio interno semplice ma pulito. Consigliato.
