Immerso nel bel Parco delle Biodiversità, l'ambiente rilassante, il verde, l'aria pulita danno la sensazione di essere in una villa della Toscana. Vale la pena fare un passaggio. Good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Immersed in the beautiful Biodiversity Park, the relaxing environment, the greenery, the clean air give the feeling of being in a villa in Tuscany. It is worth a ride.

C	CICCIO IL GHIOTTONE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ incredibile cocktail di maleducazione e di incapacità a cucinare. attese estenuanti (e guai a lamentarsi...) per ottenere pizze cotte al soffio (il forno non l'hanno visto e al limite l'invisibile cottura è data dal fiato caldo del pizzaiolo) e lo sgarbo portato a regola sono elementi da considerare prima di farci tappa. consigliato ai masochisti. amazing cocktail of rudeness and inability to cook. exhausting waits (and woe to complain ...) to get pizzas cooked in the air (they didn't see the oven and at the most the invisible cooking is given by the hot breath of the pizza chef) and the rudeness brought to rule are elements to consider before stopping there. recommended for masochists.

Personale cordiale e amichevole, per 5 giorni siamo stati lì sia a pranzo che a cena per motivi di lavoro e siamo stati accolti e trattati in modo più che degno. Ottime le polpette di melanzane, ed i vari primi gustati a pranzo. Consiglio anche l'insalata con la mozzarella di bufala, veramente ottima e gli antipasti. L'unica pecca che tuttavia non incide sulla mia recensione, Sono i bagni pubblici all'esterno, angusti e privi di sapone e carta per tutta la durata del soggiorno al Parco. Personale GENTILE E MOLTO DISPONIBILE al contrario di ciò che altri hanno scritto. Bar and Pizzeria, also first courses for lunch. Local inside the park with the possibility of sitting both inside and outside. Warm and friendly staff, for 5 days we were there for both lunch and dinner for business purposes and we were welcomed and treated in a more than worthy way. Excellent eggplant meatballs, and the various first courses enjoyed at lunch. I also recommend the salad with buffalo mozzarella, really good, and the appetizers. The only flaw, however, that does not affect my review, are the public bathrooms outside, cramped and free of soap and paper for the duration of the stay at the Park. KIND AND VERY HELPFUL staff contrary to what others have written.
P	Psyke Dady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la pizzeria del parco è veramente ottima :) si mangia bene e le pizze sono saporite una nota di demerito agli impasti speciali però ... me li aspettavo più saporiti invece sembrano normali. secondo me sono molto mischiati con la farina normale the pizzeria in the park is really good :) you eat well and the pizzas are tasty a note of demerit to the special dough though ... I expected them more tasty instead they seem normal. I think they are very mixed with normal flour

Merita una seconda possibilità, possibilmente a cena. Quite disappointing first approach to InPrimis. Expensive and unsatisfactory aperitif. Awkward service. But it had just reopened. It deserves a second chance, possibly at dinner.

Consiglio questo locale per l'ottima pizza impasto con base napoletana, da dividere con un accompagnatore se non si apprezza la tipologia. Excellent pizza and attentive service but some smudges due to the food served where a few pieces of rotisserie were missing on the plate. I recommend this place for the excellent pizza dough with a Neapolitan base, to be shared with a companion if you do not appreciate the type.

Sin dalle prime battute abbiamo apprezzato la cordialità e la simpatia dello chef. Che dire poi di quando abbiamo anche assaggiato i piatti propostici, accompagnati da un eccellente selezione di vini. Il dolce (un tartufo gelato) è stata la ciliegina sulla torta di un pranzo entusiasmante. Per me non rimane altro che organizzare una nuova reunion per poter gustare ancora questa cucina, a voi che leggete dico provare per credere. I had the opportunity to have lunch two days ago on the occasion of a reunion of classmates. It was a great, wonderful experience. From the very beginning we appreciated the chef's friendliness and sympathy. What about when we also tasted the dishes, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines. The dessert (a frozen truffle) was the icing on the cake of an exciting lunch. For me all that remains is to organize a new reunion to be able to enjoy this cuisine again, to you who read I say try it to believe it.
