Il personale e la proprietaria sono persone cortesi e gentili, sempre pronte a dare ottimi consigli e suggerimenti. Non abbiamo provato la pinsa ma dal profumo doveva essere ottima. Abbiamo però provato la cucina che è risultata essere eccezionale!! Qualità e freschezza dei prodotti garantite!! Veramente da provare! A very pleasant discovery just a few steps from the biodiversity park of Catanzaro. The venue is clean and modern. The staff and the owner are courteous and kind people, always ready to give excellent advice and suggestions. We didn't try pinsa but it had to be excellent from the scent. However, we tried the cuisine which turned out to be exceptional !! Guaranteed quality and freshness of the products !! Really to try!

Abbiamo pranzato benissimo scegliendo i piatti consigliati, che sono stati di qualità molto elevata e preparati con molta cura. Ottimo il sushi come ottimi sono stati i primi a base di pesce fresco, nello specifico "trofie Ciliegino e alici" spaghetti alla tarantina e tagliolini freschi con calamari e pomodorino. Eccellente. Locale molto carino ed accogliente. Vi consiglio di provare. Let's start with the excellent welcome of the owner and the dining room staff. We had a great lunch choosing the recommended dishes, which were of very high quality and prepared with great care. The sushi was excellent, as were the first courses based on fresh fish, specifically "trofie Ciliegino e alici" spaghetti alla tarantina and fresh tagliolini with squid and tomato. Excellent. c	ciccio pasticcio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una serata di pioggia, temperatura da stare davanti ad un caminetto e bearsi del calduccio che ti avvolge...invece Ieri siamo andati con amici al ristorante pizzeria Manfredi, allo stadio. Il locale, è stato rimodernato e un grande murales raffigurante il quartiere di una volta, campeggia su una grande parete. L'aspetto interno della Pizzeria Ristorante Manfredi, non è dei più accoglienti, seppur elegante, pulito, non comunica quel calore che ci si aspetta, anzi. Tutte le tovaglie in bianco, pavimento chiaro, forse per dare più luminosità all'ambiente hanno reso questo luogo freddo, forse perché c'eravamo solo noi. Io ho preso un arancino ai funghi porcini, che onestamente devo dire che era buono, la frittura perfetta, e il sapore dei porcini si sentiva. Come birra ho preso una Moretti bionda alla spina, che mi è stata prontamente servita, ma ripeto, non c'era nessuno. Poi ho preso una Pinsa con le acciughe di Cetara. Io non sono mai stato a Cetara e quindi non saprei dire in che cosa differisca l'acciuga di Catanzaro da quella di Cetara, ma per la verità non sono rimasto proprio impressionato. La pasta della pinsa era soffice e leggera, ma la cosa che mi ha disturbato molto è stato il sapore del pomodoro pelato sulla pinsa, che non è stato di mio gusto. Non saprei dire perché ma così è stato. Comunque la pinsa consumata non è stata un gran che, e mi è anche rimasta sullo stomaco, strano se penso che la pasta era leggera. Comunque, per la cortesia del personale si può anche tornare, a patto che la pinsa migliori. Se la recensione ti è stata utile lascia un like. I got an arancino with porcini mushrooms, which honestly I must say was good, perfect frying, and you could feel the flavor of the porcini mushrooms. As a beer I took a blonde Moretti on tap, which was promptly served to me, but then again, there was none. Then I took a Pinsa with anchovies from Cetara. I have never been to Cetara and therefore I cannot say how the anchovy of Catanzaro differs from that of Cetara, but in truth I was not really impressed. The pasta della pinsa was soft and light, but the thing that bothered me a lot was the taste of the peeled tomato on the pinsa, which was not to my taste. I don't know why but it did. However, the consumed grip was not that great, and it also remained on my stomach, strange when I think the pasta was light.
